Can the 11th simple say "we refuse to hear it"? I need to hear the options...what can the 11th do with this case before them now???

Whatever the 11th does, it's now clear it won't be immediate relief for Mrs. Schiavo's condition.

I cannot provide you with a link to this info but it came during court testimony (!) and was Michael's answer (!) to a specific question regarding Terri's wedding rings and what happened to them.

This is the fault of Gibbs, the Schindler's attorney, not the Judge. Why didn't Gibbs bring the new evidence to light?

Frankly, I'm not interested in speculating why or why not Gibbs may have failed to divine just the right argument before some rogue judge who has ignored the express commands of Congress.

There is a much bigger issue here than slicing and dicing a paragraph or two in an argument before some out-of-control judge who would merely find some other justification to rule as he did - and take his sweet time about it.

Impeach, convict, expel. The judiciary is out of control. That's not the way the Founding Fathers intended them. But they did provide the remedy.

He melted the rings down early on because in the HINO's mind, it was over for Terri and he was on the path to putting the whole thing behind him! Here kitty, kitty! Come out come out wherever you are!

It is similar to when Scott Peterson asked for grief couseling before there was any proof that Laci was dead!

"I know this may be asking for abuse, but has the family filed criminal charges?"

The family cannot file criminal charges. Only the District Attorney can do that. The family can make a complaint, but any charges must be filed by the District Attorney.

Oh yeah. Do you live in FLA? There are some very cool and very weird parts of that state - just like my home state of Cali.

How about this for a scenario. Since the insurance settlement was to be used for the continuing LIFETIME care / rehabilitation of Terri. Let the insurance company that paid the settlement file a civil action against Michael for insurance fraud. He failed to use the money AS GUARDIAN for its intended use. The rehabilitation stopped...he petitioned the court to terminate Terri's life....A stretch but.... it could make for some interesting discovery

How could ANY person "rule" to starve another to death?

There is no proof that she asked him to do this. He gave up his rights in God's eyes when he fathered multiple children out of wed lock. Please refrain from invoking the Lord's name in any more of your comments. While I concur that no one should toss unfounded allegations around, you are quite simply so far off base in so many other ways it is scary.

Only one judge reviewed the facts: Green. The other ones only reviewed the PROCEDURE.Wrong.

But this is assuming, which I am sure you are, a good husband with no evil intent. We can't say the same about MS.

Keep in sharp focus that this is about TERRI's wishes. In that regard, Michael is only the holder of evidence that may or may not represent TERRI's wishes.

You couldn't anyway. But, don't worry, the way things are looking, you and the other death lovers out there will soon have your chance to dance on Terri's grave. But in your glee over this woman's death, remember, the seeds you sow today will bear fruit that will poison you and your loved ones in the future. Remember that when you go under the needle involuntarily at the behest of another.

The Schivo matter has been in the courts for how many years? It has been in front of how many judges?

I guess you have never heard of an inmate on death row being found innocent after years of judges and courts making the "correct" decisions... It must be nice to have your own infallible court system... /s

They are very conservative. I have to have faith in God that they will overturn it.

What else do we have?

Please have faith.
