The chilling thing is that what you say is true.

It is like the country has a deathwish almost.

As hard as I try, I can't see things getting better - Perhaps someone can explain to me the polarization in the United States better.

Its just that sometimes I feel so all alone as a conservative here.

"I am listening to Laura too. She's great"

Does anyone know how to find Laura Ingrahm's radio station over the internet? We get her recorded late in the afternoon. Is she interviewing the nurse now?

I saw Lanie too. Did he not just have some terrible health problem.

It is odd to me that lawyers, who as a rule are always looking for harm in a paranoid way, heck they sue at the drop of a hat for imagined harm. Lawyers who are pretty paranoid in their private lives and don't generally trust much. The same LAWYERS TRUST MICHAEL SCHIAVO. Does that strike others as odd?

Exactly. And all this person would need to do so is custody and their opinion as to what those in their custody really wants.

Whoa! Where did you read this little conspiracy ditty?

Totally a lie. and you'd agree it's a lie if you read the transcripts.

You blindly assume that I haven't read read transcripts. You should be more careful in your assumptions. The fact is I HAVE read some of the transcripts. I read the rulings as written directly by Judge Greer regarding the medical opinions of the court-appointed doctor and those appointed by the Schiavo and Schindler familiy. I read how Greer summarily dismissed Dr. Hammefahr's (spelling?) testimony of his experience at treating similar patients. Judge Greer ruled his testimony not credible because the doctor did not bring documents with him that proved or backed up his testimony. He did not offer to allow Dr. Hammesfahr to subsequently present these documents (at least not in the transcript that I read). It was like he was not interested in Dr. Hammesfahr's testimony.

When you make a claim that what I post is a "total lie" you should at least make some marginal attempt to substantiate you accusation. Just my opinion.

I think most people are not aware of the details and believe total lies, such as:

"Terri left orders that she did NOT want to be kept alive, she WANTS to be starved to death, and her husband is following her wishes, because he loves her, and Terri is in PVS and is not aware of anything, basically a lump of flesh". FALSE (all statements in this sentence).

The above statement contains so many falsehoods, one hardly knows where to begin, yet this is what most people believe, and this is what the news media have been stating and keep stating.

The Schivo matter has been in the courts for how many years? It has been in front of how many judges? The purpose of judicial review is to uncover the facts. But when a judge does not rule the way a freeper thinks he should, then the conspiracies get started. One judge making a bad decision is one thing...but when you have five separate courts reach the same conclusion, then the conspiracies need to be laid to rest.

There was a discussion of this on Fox yesterday. Fred Barnes noted that while the case has been "seen" by 19 judges as is repeated over and over by the MSM, one judge (Greer) has made all the decisions. The other judges/ courts all ruled on the law that was put before them, not the essence of the case. Big difference!

I assume you advocate they overstep their Constitutional authority?

According to the judges in Florida they have no authority to pass laws or issue subpoenas. Who exactly is overstepping their Constitutional authority?

I sit here driking water and eating bread, and yet I feel guilty while we sit and watch our gov't starve Terri.

Her husband tried to kill her and he is getting away with murder right in front of all the world to see.

If your a christian you would not allow this to happen

God have mercy on this country.

If I walked into Terri's room right now and shot her with a gun, would I be charged with murder?

Me too Terriergal, I have not been able to sleep at night for the prayers and thoughts that travel in my mind for Terri's plight.

I had hoped that this pathetic excuse for a judge would see reason and decide upon life and liberty for Terri, at the least this little liberal weenie could have ordered her feeding tube reinserted during the deliberations.

I wish I could call the President of the United States of America. The President of the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. The President who can pardon criminals and turkeys on Thanksgiving Day. The President who can liberate millions in Iraq and Afghanistan. The President who leads the Armed Forces and the National Guard, and the Federal Marshalls. The Presdient who can give her shelter.

I'd love to see him on Marine One and land right in front of Terri's hospice walk into her darkened room and take her by the hand and say "anybody got a problem with my doc givin' Terri substance". A President who leads a nation of Liberators!!!

'cause of the liberal scumbags 'toon put on the bench...

Don't forget the liberal scumbags that Nixon, Ford, Reagan and two Bushes put on the bench because they were "well qualified" and because Republicans can't use a "litmus test."

Last time they took out Terri's tube the HINO's girlfriend's mother stood vigil to make sure everything went according to the death plan. This time, Michael has just locked the door and thrown away the key.
