A previous Guardian Ad Litem in the case, Richard L. Pearse, was fired by Judge George Greer at the behest of Attorney George Felos because Pearse had reported that there were conflicts of interests involved in the case on the side of Michael Schiavo's hearsay evidence that Terri would not want to live artificially, etc..
Judge George Greer became Terri's Guardian Ad Litem who subsequently did everything in his power to have Terri's feeding tube removed on at least two occasions, the last culminating in a 6 day dehydration / starvation debacle which put a blight on the face of the State of Florida.

This is isn't supposed to happen the way the new law is written.
Also, saying that the fed de novo will review all facts is in direct opposition of a de novo hearing.
Section 2 Procedures of the new law states that the Federal de novo trial is NOT to take into consideration ANYTHING done at the lower court level. Any of the lower courts, including 2nd DCA which is only state appellate court.
Are you denying the facts as to the living conditions of Terri? If not do you agree with such conditions?
How do you justify these conditions having been ordered?

Call the 11th circuit court of appeals in Atlanta. Tell the clerk where you're calling from and say politely that you are begging the court to save Terri Schiavo's life.

If he is speaking the truth about Terri, I fear he is too late. Hours ago her parents stated her was fading away. The good Lord will slip her away from us.
Nowhere does it say that if a married person commits adult, they are no longer married in the eyes of the Lord. Period. Look all you want, you wont find it. So the argument that God has "turned his back on this marriage" (or something like that), is completely baseless.
Did Christ him self not say "But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has committed adult with her in his heart" Mat 5:28.
So by your reckoning (adultery=automatic devoice) any man who looks at a woman lustfully is thereby devoiced in the eyes of the Lord? Christ said it himself. You look in lust, you've committed adultery. Doesn't get much planer than that.
We can play dueling scriptures all day long, but your argument will not be advanced by the "they're not really married" angle. It just isn't so.
When a man marries a woman, he takes an oath to love, honor, and cherish her, forsaking all others, until death does them part.
Michael Schiavo has openly renounced his oath.
How, then, can he still rightfully claim to be "married" in any sense other than by his illegal use of his position as guardian to prevent a divorce?
I might be wrong, but I find such statement inaccurate.
Testimony offered under oath in state courts will be reviewed by federal courts.
After fifteen years (15), some of the original witnesses might not be alive, or their recollections of the events have become obscure. The long records of Florida court must be reviewed by the federal courts and taken into consideration, even if if new testimony is taken from previous witnesses.
Otherwise, how can a federal judge rule on whether Terri Schiavo's right to due process was respected in the state courts?
