per Fox
Yes, because how can the judge say is is not a de novo hearing when he must act on the new law passed (that is how he GOT the case)?
That's the beauty of Medicare and Medicaid. It NEVER runs out.
I just wanted people to see a picture of Terri's brain. It's not a pretty sight.
Neither is dehydrating and starving her to death!
Are the rulings denying Terri the basic comforts of life not available on line?
Or are they simply so eggregious that you would rather ignore them?(rhetorical question)
Are you denying that these rulings were made?
While we may disagree, I would appreciate you at least being honest.
Frankly, Worldnetdaily has published several factual errors about Terri's case. Please point me to supporting court documents.
Actually, I was not the one who misspelled ignorance. Check back in your links.
I do make typos from time to time, however.
This information is not just with worldnetdaily.
Is is repeated over and over in many articles.
If those rulings support your position, then post them. I am not here to do your work for you.
No, because the Empire Journal has it too.
Everyone ELSE is a liar???????
All your posts prove my point...I went over all of them, you did not cite one single ruling of Greer, as to Terri's care or lack thereof.
Schindlers lawyers just didn't have the same killer shark mentality as Felos and Greer. That is where things started to slip.
Again, please point me to the relevant court document(s) as there is much misinformation in the media about Terri's case.
Have you ever seen a slice of an elderly persons brain, one who is walking and talking? You might be surprised by what you see.
Is that really too much to ask?
You know, I am just really busy trying to post helpful messages for Terri's life.
You are on one of those "prove it" soapboxes.
This information is widely available. Even if one doesn't want to believe worldnet, I certainly believe the Empire Journal. They have really done their jobs.
"I don't think the appeals court will side with Terri now, or it would have ordered hydration the minute it got the case."
According to Judge Napolitano (sp) on Fox News just now, the 11th Circuit does not have the power to order the feeding tube to be re-inserted. They can only order the decisions they are reviewing BACK to the court that made the original findings.
I have read them, and have been reading them since 2002. When did you start?
And neither did you....and you are the one relying on those decisions.
If true, then why are you relying on a WND article?
