When you are a big important judge appointed by Clinton...they are many important things to do for 12 hours. First have breakfast...then a power lunch and maybe even think about where to go for dinner. All the while a woman lies starving, while her loving family watch. I would bet that this judge would handle an SPCA animal case in a more timely manner. This is truly horrific.

No, I posted exactly what was reported as breaking news. The judge went back to chambers and made no decision. I put the important part in the header: the tube is still out.

If she can eat and swallow, how can her legal guardian, or anyone else for that matter, legally withhold food and drink from her? There are laws against torture and abuse in this country, and just saying "I don't want her to be fed" doesn't contravene them.
