Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
Trying to get some direction from the admin moderator, as ohioan from florida and floriduh voter aren't here. I'm not sure how they posted the threads. Will put out the signal when I find out.
In english, what does this mean?
LAYMAN"S TERMS!!!!!!
Yes, they do it sometime late around midnight or later.
COA??
What is the Motion for Injunction?
This is the mother thread:')
Best I can tell, the court found that Whittemore ruled incorrectly, his denial of the injunction was wrong, and the 11th circuit sent it back to him to reconsider, perhaps with instructions to GRANT the injunction. You can't tell from just the description, but this was all I could get to.
We've included the Admin Mod in headings. They'll reply if they feel the need.
Dr. Hammesfarh prepared Harrity very well.
You are absolutely right. Good comments!
NEW THREAD RESTORED.
The Motion for Injunction is the motion for Terri to have the tube reinserted.
I'm shocked no new sites have broken in yet!

Would they have ordered the Hospice to put the tube back in before we knew if they were so inclined to give her back her nourishment?
I was just on the 11th Circuit website... docs not available, but this was in the list of court filings:
Judgment of the district court is Vacated and Remanded with instructions; Application for COA Granted In Part & Denied As Moot In Part; Motion for Injunction Denied Without Prejudice; Mandate issued immediately. (EEC/FMH/CRW)
I think that Whittemore's decision is reversed, and he may be ordered to grant the injunction...... not sure, though
Last night (or should I say early this morning since I have now lost all sense of day and time) I posted that I heard on Greta that the 11th was going to reverse the denied motion the family made on 3/18, that was to keep the tube in (Friday)....this attny on Great said this, so I looked it up and the article I read said that the 11th was holding off on their ruling until Whittemore finished his. This MAY mean that the original friday motion made by the family, that was denied on Friday by Moody, was reversed and remanded back to the district court,,,and in my thinking may mean the tube is mandated back in....we'll see...I am so confused, and I am a law student...so this will be interesting conversation when I get back to school after spring break!
That's a hell of a find! None of the nets have it at all. Still hard to decipher. I sure hope they don't allow more time to tick away.
don't worry about a new thread....you tried to follow the request put to us the other night by another mod. As long as we can post...we are fine.
I HOPE THAT MEANS SHE GETS NOURISHMENT. She doesn't have much time left.
How would you see it first on the website and it wasn't reported outside the court or to the MSM yet? I'm freaking out and so nervous!
