What is the Motion for Injunction?
The Motion for Injunction is the motion for Terri to have the tube reinserted.
My guess, and it is a guess, is that the Schindler's included a motion for injunction before the 11th circuit also, but that it was denied, since (I hope) the district court is ordered to Grant the injunction.
