Well imo, which probably isn't wortha hill of beans, the fact that Greer openly admitted he made a mistake should leave no doubt that the case has merit. There is no way that it can be allowed to stand that a convicted criminal has more rights than a disabled innocent person.

Woke up at 4 a.m. feeling wonderful cuz when I went to bed last night I thought since the ambulance was waiting there that Terri would be okay. Couldn't go back to sleep so got up and found out that she is still going without food and water. I can't believe it! Good God Almighty!

I know that. I was responding to tutstar, who made a general comment that it was a surprise to learn that Americans generally did not have access to federal courts. I made a general reply to her general remark. Both of us are keeping up with what this legislation is supposed to do.
