They said she was in violation for discussing HEPPA contract. She said she was not going to sign the petition that the Hospice wanted her to sign.

This nurse on Hannity right now, says she was complained about for talking about Terri. All of this reminds me of the KGB. Anytime, everything is SECRET there is reason for it. The big cover up.

She just said this is still America. I hope she is right.

Technically she could be violating HIPPA, a privacy act but on the same hand she is risking her license if she doesn't speak out if she suspects abuse. It's a no win.

Taken care of wonderfully
No bed sores
No extreme meds that I’m aware of
No rehab – stopped long ago

I sing I joke she smiles at me. I don’t know if it’s reflex or response. I’m not neurologist. She seems to smile at me.

Violated hipa by discussing her with other nurses. She said then wouldn’t they also be in violoationl. She got no answer. She only discussed with coworkers

Has there been information posted here on the fact that the DCS says it is going to release ALL the files on this case?

I don't have time to read every post on FR about the subject to find out...so if someone can ping me on this, I would appreciate it.



Something is happeneing.... this case is just falling apart. People need to act now... and Terri needs feeding tube back inserted, in the process.. She is starving to death while thugs are running the show.
