Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
It's not true. It was posted on here somewhere that Gibbs filed electronically. In Atlanta.
I have spent the day sending... someon suggested Focus on the Family. I sent asking if they are actively lobbying.
I cannot believe all these powervul people have their hands tied by these unscrupulous people.
no, he filed a notice to appeal, not the appeal itself.
Matt Davidson,U.S. 11th Circuit calendar clerk, declines to comment as he hands out copies of Terri Schiavo's Notice of Appeal filing to members of the media in front of the Elbert Parr Tuttle U.S. Court of Appeals building in Atlanta, Tuesday, March 22, 2005. The notice of appeal was electronically filed with the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by David Gibbs III, an attorney representing Schiavo's parents
I just reported it to ebay. See if they actually do something. Sign in to your account and report it as a listing violation.
it says Notice of Appeal, that is not the Appeal, it is just them telling the court that they plan on it. Why haven't they already filed the appeal?? Their lawyers should have already had the paperwork done and filed at this point. It should have been ready to file before Whittemore even made his judggement.
I think it's just a kid with too much time on his hands... if you look at the bottom of the page, there are several questios there... and he left some snotty answers... He apparently is using this means to "voice his opinion" about Terri (guess whose side he's on!). I emailed and told him how disgusting he is, and he wrote back and said "shut up." Yep, he has way too much time on his hands...
The DOJ Attorneys are working with Gibbs. They have to have law cited and language correct. They get one shot at this. If their appeal is not what it should be........
Good for you! Thank you!
Faxing is the best way to make sure your message gets to Bishop Robert Lynch. Fax is: (727) 345-2143
Took Rush long enough to tell that caller that Micheal waited until after the monetary settlement to "remember" that Terri said to take her off life support.
I just don't get why this isn't the first comeback to all the callers who say that Terri wants to die.
What a creep.
As I understand the NOTICE of appeal is the brief. Gibbs told me on Sunday that he got a call at 11:00pm on Saturday and was told to file a BRIEF with them by SUnday at NOON! Which he DID!
TOday he DID FILE THE ACTUAL APPEAL!
Needs money for those drugs any way he can get it.
I hope your right! I can see why the wording has to be so precise and perfect that it won't fail. If the DOJ is joined with Gibbs than it may take some time, but they need to get it done and filed today so that there can be a hearing or not. now I did see that they don't have to have a hearing and that the 3 judge panel can just review the case and make a ruling. I hope we will hear soon that this appeal has been filed!
Judge James Whittemore, Senator James King and Bishop Robert Lynch of Florida have condemned Terri to death. Each of these men are very overweight, yet they enjoy their hefty meals as Terri is being starved to death.
I hope your right, it just says at Foxnews that a notice of appeal has been filed. Who know, maybe they got it wrong!
major blonde moment.......
I kept refreshing the previous page and couldn't understand why it wasn't changing!! LOL
pigssssssssssssssssssssssss
