One of many ways to win is to take this case to criminal court, but those in power like Gov . Bush(State Atty), U.S.Atty General, FBI, IRS, HHS,DCF,etc...won't investigate this EASY CASE to figure out. There is so MUCH CRIMES,PREJURY,MISLEADING FALSE INFORMATIONS from day#1 and still,MISUSE of $$,,ADULTERY, PROOF,MEDICARE FRAUD,PROBABLE CAUSE, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ABUSES,VIOLENT SLOW MURDER, etc,etc..etc..etc..that warrant a CRIMINAL Investigations!
