Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
How would you describe his looks here? [TEJ article]
How about 14:15-31 and 15:1, with special emphasis on 14:17.
I can't even look at Susan anymore, even if she is getting slammed... why can't SHE be married to Michael Schiavo?
Given how well Michael does in interviews, how do you think he'll do under cross-examination?
Anyone know if her feeding tube has been put back in?

So why did they keep calling it a "review" tonight? The Congressmen who spoke just before midnight, many of them said this bill just provided for a federal review of the case. That tells me it's a sort of appeal---not in the strict sense, but with an eye to determining if Terri's civil rights have been violated during Greer's handling of the case. I could be SO wrong, so feel free to tell me!

EVEN at the time he was doing depositions and testifying for the malpractice money that Terri WAS responsive and COULD swallow, he was having intimate relations with Cyndi Shook for a year, followed by 'girlfried' relations with Trudy Capone.
I don't know much so don't hold me to my word here. I think it means Terri will be able to have her own lawyer. Plus, DISCOVERY is gonna be an issue. I hope something comes out because I hate the absolute torture that sweet woman has gone thru.
You mean considering that he thinks nothing of lieing under oath? The whole thing is he hasn't been cross examined because Terri has never been able to be represented by legal counsel...so I think if you get a good lawyer and put him in the hot seat, he will not look credible. Too many things that show he really has no interest in Terri. I would love to see him under a cross examination, remember so far, it has been the Michael Schiavo show....now it will be Terri vs Michael and I bet Terri wins if I had to bet.
That was certainly strategic for him to get that job with the sherriff's department! I would guess he had inside 'connections' there throughout the 90`s. And I'd also guess he met Jodi Centonze via the sherriff's dept, what with Jodi's mom working there from well before Terri's 'attack', thru about 1999.
Don't worry GOD did not bring Terri this far for nothing.
He has a plan and we will see it unfold. We still need to pray however.
I want to thank everybody in the NATION who has participated in EDUCATING OTHERS regarding brain damaged folks/the disabled.
I never have had the patience for those who "Don't Get It" and chose to ignore them.
You all have done a great service to the severly disabled and the essense of life and how ones 'worthiness" is not all about going to an office everyday and bringing home a paycheck.
Life is so much more than mortgage payments and who is richest, prettiest and busiest.
Christ's teachings have been revealed through this whole ordeal.
Terri is the modern day Maximillion Marie Kolbe but not by her own free wil.
I think some of the state reps have no clue as to our court system! From all I have heard this would be a new case that Terri is allowed to bring versus Schiavo. She has never been able to do that and that violates her due process rights. I have heard on several reports that the court would be a federal district court (trial court)and that the court is in Atlanta GA, but I believe the 11th circuit (Court of Appeals) is in GA. But more than once I heard it would be a NEW case since Terri herself has never been permitted to file a claim on her behalf. It may be that the 11th would review what has already transpired and would see that her rights have been violated and would grant her the ability to take her case to trial...it would help if I could see the statute that was passed tonight, I have been searching but nothing yet.
This was about Terri for sure, but I think it was even more than that..it was kind of an extension of the election...a fight between good and evil and thankfully so far as with the election, evil is being defeated.
Then God has intended that she live a long life. The state court systems - in almost any state it would seem - are denizens of incompetence and corruption. Too many judges, at best, see their jobs as lifelong sinecures who could not care less about doing substantial and timely justice.
