The president can write an executive order to get Terri into a hospital immediately. It is not breaking any law to do so. The judge can still take time to ruminate over this case. This action would not interfere with the judge. And since Greer already flaunted a Congressional subpoena his ruling is highly questionable.

Executive orders are lawful. They've been written by presidents ever since Washington on a number of different issues.

Contacting the president and ask him to write an executive order immediately. If you cannot reach him, then contact your state senators and representatives.

FV I am concerned by reports of her skin cracking. It is too soon for this to be happening. I read that they tried to dehydrate her before they pulled the tube with laxatives. I am wondering if you have heard this.

Hey don't blame me. I just know it's a belief that was around for many years, at least in some Southern Protestant faiths. Some seemed to see it as trying to stretch their lives beyond the time that God had given them. I was just stating it because at one time it was a standard. My grandparents believed it and my wife's family from up in the NC mountains still believe it.

They also helped Jodi's mom die at their home too just last year. She supposedly had a terminal illness but I"m sure that they helped her die. Michael is like an angel of death.

Our is a "non-profit" and I can assure you that it is run honestly and openly. We have it audited by the government just like EVERY hospice is suppose to do. I have given not only financially, but my time and most of all my heart. We have NEVER had ONE complaint. Not one!

I'm not saying non-profits are evil, but rather that I suspect many of the most evil hospices are "non-profits", in part because the term causes many people to let their guard down.

Testimony provided by members of the Schindler family included very personal statements about their desire and intention to ensure that Theresa remain alive. Throughout the course of the litigation, deposition and trial testimony by members of the Schindler family voiced the disturbing belief that they would keep Theresa alive at any and all costs. Nearly gruesome examples were given, eliciting agreement by family members that in the event Theresa should contract diabetes and subsequent gangrene in each of her limbs, they would agree to amputate each limb, and would then, were she to be diagnosed with heart disease, perform open heart surgery. There was additional, difficult testimony that appeared to establish that despite the sad and undesirable condition of Theresa, the parents still derived joy from having her alive, even if Theresa might not be at all aware of her environment given the persistent vegetative state. Within the testimony, as part of the hypotheticals presented, Schindler family members stated that even if Theresa had told them of her intention to have artificial nutrition withdrawn, they would not do it. Throughout this painful and difficult trial, the family acknowledged that Theresa was in a diagnosed persistent vegetative state.

What you are saying is fine when someone is DYING. She is brain damaged. Not PVS, not comatose, not vegetative, BRAIN DAMAGED. She feels, she's aware, she cries and laughs, and shes neglected by that KILLER husband of hers. That woman is nothing like what you hear in the media.
