Halls, I read where the judge already told Gibbs that Gibbs has not persuaded him his case has much chance even if it is reheard by the Fed. court, therefore he is not inclined to reinsert the tube. I am sorry, I did not make that up. It was a news report. I can't personally vouch for it, but it is out there. Apparently he has telegraphed and telegraphed his inclinations, but still will not issue a formal ruling, thereby keeping them from appealing it to Atlanta where they WOULD reinsert the tube. Now here is my disclaimer to legaleagle and all such...I have changed my mind and do not care what you think of me for analyzing the current situation, since your posts to me showed massive ignorance of my religious beliefs, faith and habits of Bible reading.

I read that too but didn't get the context. MAYBE the judge will move her on the grounds that she's not terminal and her presence their is illegal? It's a thought.

The motion they put in was for an injunction and mainly to get that tube back in...but the motion did say that Terri demands a trial by Jury...this is the key for de nevo...a whole trial granted....this judge has to rule to get that tube in first though...
Well, I can see why we did not have that in the wee hours in the morning hearing. Judge Greer wanted his sleep. Bet they had a little 'chat', too.

I imagine it's because it's personal for him now since his authority has been questioned and he could face jail for contempt of congress.
Photo taken from today's hearing outside the courthouse. Several dozen protestors chanted, "We're not dead yet." This really rattled George Felos.

Yes, that's what I'm starting to think. I hate to admit it, because Terri continues to suffer, but if he did not genuinely deliberate, what could justify his having Terri hooked up again, only to take her off.

It is not, and you do not know when someone has "despaired". You cannot cite one word of scripture that hints "despair" is unforgiveable. Stop judging others, please. You are trying to silence our analysis by claiming we are irreligious, faithless or something. I started to be silenced by the wrong and cutting remarks. Then it hit me. There are some who are judging me who are ignorant of me, spiritually speaking. I analyze. That does not foreclose God doing anything he wants at anytime. So say I again. If you persist, anyhow, I will just tell you, I don't care. You don't know me.
We're on the same page although I'm thinking Greer's minions have been in contact with the judge. Someone in Greer or Felos' camp definitely has dirt on all the politicians and judges in FL.
