I don't know the legal reasoning, but it sounds like Tom DeLay (a non-lawyer) was outfoxed by the liberal lawyers, doesn't it? I also suspect that DeLay will quietly forget about the subpoenas to George W. Greer. He will have to focus on D.A. Ronnie Earle now to stay out of prison. Earle will play for keeps, and DeLay had better fight back with all he has. He is next!

The point is as I see it is she has had NO therapy in those 15 years. That should at least be tried by those who love her and not in the hands of someone who hates her.

Thanks! I thought my mind was about gone..to many hours worrying my children would tell me. Little do they know its for them! They have made it this far because we have sat by (speaking as a Christian) and not spoken against the evil that is out there, just assuming it will go away. Well, it won't. The Lord surely expects his people to put down sin (even in high places)
