US House of Rep. in an Extraordinary Sunday night Session [Schiavo] (Bush Signs Schiavo bill)
Posted on 03/20/2005 6:03:40 PM PST by FoxPro
This is an unprecedented session. The Congress is meeting to save one persons life (in real time).
The only reason the Democrats are agreeing to this is that they dont want to be known as the party that killed Terri.
This is American history happening before your eyes.

What about his partner in crime, the arch-traitor Jim McDermott? He's on at the moment. He's telling us now about scragging his own father.

The Democrats are redefining the concept of talking a person to death.

My exact sentiments. This is beyond politics. It is about whether it is good to starve and dehydrate a human being who cannot speak for herself.
Personally, pull the plug if I'm on life support but please, don't starve me to death.

Oh my, it's Bagdad Jim - who was in the Viet Nam War (until it was brought out in the press that he was a psycho, oops I mean psychiatrist in Calif). As far as I know, he hasn't practiced psychiatry in years - - he's been too busy screwing up the State of Wa and trying to screw up the country w his communist politics. This guy is a POS!!
Now, let me tell you how I really feel about him.....

For such a beautiful state, they sure do send some strange creatures to D.C.

The nuttiest of the nuts.
Well, except maybe for the guy from my district, Blumenauer, who is an absolute loon.

I think a lot of the Dems know that if this bill fails to pass, they will be forever known as the party that killed Terri Schiavo. And they understand the political implicaitons of this. Not good. The Republicans have decided to screw politics and to fight for the life of an innocent woman.
BTW, what the heck is McDermott talking about?

I can only surmise a large gay district elected and keeps electing this atrocity, Bwarney (marbles mouth) Fwanks into the once hallowed halls of Congress
To: PhiKapMom

McDermont is falling back on the Democrat tack (tactic?) of arguing feeeeeeeelings. Feeeeeeelings can't be wrong.
Now going back to anecdotes of family?
Living will for his father? Did the legal term even exist at any time?
Did he have the same Milkman father or whatever Kerry, Gore or Ghepart would drag out to look folksy?
This shrink is nuts.

Dolphy,I think you are right.
