The judge doesn't ban anything. The judge rules the way the guardian wants it. The guardian in this case is Michael, and that is how the law says it goes. The problem is that Michael was not removed as the guardian due to the conflict of interest what with having the fancy new slut and all.

Don't mince words, now!

Michael is the guardian according to the letter of the law. That conflict of interest may be the key flaw in this whole case.

Thanks for the clarification.

Perhaps what needs to come out of this are more guidelines on what proof is needed before someone can pull the plug when their is a family dispute as to the condition and no living will. Based on the totality of the evidence, I am having a hard time understanding how it can be considered that he's acted and is acting in her best interest.
