A spokesperson for Michael Schiavo says Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed Friday with Michael in attendance.
He says a prayer service was held first, and that Michael was emotional and crying, saying he wanted to put the situation behind him.
Terri Schiavo's parents, the Schindlers, visited with Terri Friday morning, prior to the tube's removal.
Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Court Judge George Greer denied two U.S. House of Representative emergency motions Friday, which allowed the tube's removal.
The first motion was to intervene in the case for the House Committee on Government Reform and the second motion was to push the date back nine days so it could conduct what it calls a field investigation concerning the healthcare of Schiavo.
A neurologist appeared at Terri Schiavo's Pinellas Park hospice center Friday with a TV screen to show video of patients he treated that were in worse condition than Schiavo and got better.
My question is will Terri get morphine?

I have a very basic question about all of this. Why didn't Michael just turn Terri over to her parents, since they want her to live? What is his *official story* for wanting to keep her in his custody while having her starve to death? Can't he just give up all responsibility for the woman since others want to care for her?
According to MS's lawyer, the feeding tube removal was very "peaceful." I can tell you one thing, that lawyer is not representing Terr's best interests. He's Michael's scummy lawyer!

Don't kid yourself that Felos is some Kevorkian. They are after the $ and the way to get it is to off people. Terri is the tip of the iceberg. Rep. Sensenbrenner (sp?) was on Hannity awhile ago and he said it was not just that this state judge had defied a congressional subpoena to not remove the tube, but he has DESTROYED part of Terri's files that were also subpoenaed. I KNEW he would do this. I said so on one of Terri's threads this morning. If Federal Marshals don't rescue this woman or Jeb Bush doesn't send the state police, Terri is a goner this time. There isn't going to be a reprieve because the only thing these people are going to respond to is executive force. Where is Gonzales the AG? Why doesn't he act? Anything the FL legislature passes will be declared unconstitutional by the FL Supreme Court and any bill passed by the US congress will be ignored.
They tried the divorce right and the judge wouldn't allow it.
If Michael divorced her, he wouldn't get the money.
If he let the parents have her, the money, whatever's left of it, would go with Terri. Plus, he would have to give an accounting of how the money has been spent over the last decade and I have a feeling he REALLY doesn't want to do that.
If he divorces, then he loses any life insurance he would get when she dies. I hope the insurance company fights paying off any claim, on the basis that he killed her.
I would like to see him -- I keep thinking of the Palis dancing in the streets after 9/11. I bet, in secret places, Michael Schiavo is 'dancing in the streets.'
He needs to become public enemy No. 1 with the "husband" as No. 2.

If Terri is already being sedated, she may not have as much time left, as hoped.
I wonder when her last feeding was.
There should be no reason to sedate her at this moment-people are NPO for a variety of reasons and they do ok, for awhile.
To commence sedation at this early point, can be for no other reason than to hasten her death.
She may not be brain dead now, but, OD her on MS and she will be.
Time may really be of the essence .
Just throwing this into the mix for the legal experts-is there anything in the Americans with Disabilities Act that could help Terri ?

C'mon. Life is meaningful because you can . . . walk?? And it's not meaningful if you can't? I just couldn't get how cruel people were. Yes, my life was hard but their point was . . .?

You are being kind. I suspect it was hearsay in his head once he got the $million settlement. He sued for funds to take care of her medical disability and changed his mind a few years later - after he met his new "wife" and fathered two children.
He has long wanted to kill Terri and has had the right attorney and judge to grant him that wish.
Bush needs to issue an executive order and send in Federal marshalls.

There is no way that could have happened... I think this judge is a scumbag, I think her husband should burn in fire blazing hell. But that bogus e-mail "press-release" is NOT true..
There is NO WAY the feeding tube would've been removed if she was coherant enough to try to say "I WANT TO LIVE" and was very difficult to calm down... I resent what Shiavo, Felos, the judge and all the other POS's are doing here but I also resent this BS e-mail's intentions.
Michael has been offered millions to divorce her. He wants/needs her to be dead. Wonder why?

Just heard on CNN that they didn't actually take her feeding peg out but just disconnected her feedings.
That's great news, it is like shower and spa day here for King Vanity as he disconnects from his feed bag for the 2-4hrs it takes to shower and do spa time.
OK King Vanity is jumping for JOY agian. She has more time all!
Your uncle was going to die. Terri is not going to die unless she is denied the same thing you and I need to stay alive: food and water.
