I have a very basic question about all of this. Why didn't Michael just turn Terri over to her parents, since they want her to live? What is his *official story* for wanting to keep her in his custody while having her starve to death? Can't he just give up all responsibility for the woman since others want to care for her?
His official story is that Terri told him she wanted to die and they both had a pact.
