Come on Hank, because this is FL. Clearly a renegade judiciary in that state.
The SC won't get involved because it is a state matter.
To: ambrose
No, it's about Michael, his brother and a sister-in-law whose wishy washy hearsay evidence was accepted by a corrupt judge who has worked with one of Michael's lawyers in the past to fleece and cause the untimely death of at least another individual if not more. The tip of the iceberg has not been touched here.

If it's all so obvious, why are we the only ones who "know" the truth?Hmmm, you have a very strange take on the world if you believe the the President of the Unites States, the House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, the governor of Florida, the legislature of Florida, the Pope, and countless other are "no one." The fact is, it's amazing how much attention is being given to this case, despite it's injustice. Why do you consider the President so unimportant?

what section of the Constitution empowers Congress to intervene in this matter? They stated that the Incapacitated Persons Act was based on the 14th Amendment.

If those in Authority are Able to Decide Terri is not Worthy of Life, Passing Judgement upon her that she is "Inferior," what is to Stop them from Deciding to Do it to you or I, or Any of us Next, and for Whatever Reason they Wish?

I beleive you're right. I remeber when Sen. Mary Landrieu,D-La stole the election from Woody Jenkins in the early '90's that is was SOOO blatant there was actually a committee look into it. The committee was headed by Sen. Warner and the hearings were held in New Orleans. Of course, they didn't have the cajones to do the right thing. Guess they just wanted to eat at Antoine's.

Does the name Buckhead ring a bell? Why you must be mistaken! Freepers aren't smart enough to take down Dan Rather and Eason Jordan! Oh! And Kerry via SBVs.

Hank,
For the first time in reading your posts all of these years, I have to tell you that you are dead wrong on this one. All she has is a feeding tube. The assets that were to be used for her rehabilitation were squandered by her POS husband who took up with and sired two bastard children to another woman.
You're a brilliant man. Please, look at this case. It's not what the MSM is telling the world. If she was sick, and not just damaged, she'd have died. If God wanted to call her home, he would have. She is not a shriveled motionless, brain dead heap of tissue. She is responsive and she is loved.
There is nothing 'extraordinary' about a feeding tube. Hers was put in for the convenience of the nursing staff. No breathing apparatus. No IVs. Nothing, but a feeding tube.
Hank, his motives are suspect. At the very least, he has a conflict of interest or he should be disqualified from guardianship since he has abandoned her. At worst, he want to finish the job that he started 15 years ago so that she can never testify against him.
Without a clear, written directive, shoudn't we error on the side of life?
As for the taxpayers paying, I would suspect that more money was spent on lawyers trying to kill her than will ever be spend on her care. It's Michael that has her locked up in the hospice. She could likely be cared for at home with visiting nurses. There has been offers of millions of dollars to him if he relinquishes control voluntarily. I'm sure that most of the people willing to donate then would still donate if control was wrested from him.
In the meantime, see you attorney and make sure that your end of life desires are documented. Terri didn't and now Michael is using it to kill her. Don't help him, please. Not even with your moral support.
Thanks,
Ray

Okay... what section of the Constitution empowers Congress to intervene in this matter?I'm tired now, so I'm not going to write a dissertation, but how about the 4th Ammendment and the 5th Ammendment to the Constitution? Is that enough for you. It's pretty clear that her 4th & 5th Ammendment rights have been ignored, how can you argue otherwise?
