You would think so, but for some reason, Judge Greer kept ruling for her husband. Someone mentioned, that he hasn't even been filing the annual guardianship report, or something like that, which is required by guardians.
I haven't followed all the intricate details of this case, but there are some major problems, precisely, because why would a judge not allow the parents or even an impartial guardian be named for Terri, who keeps her best interests at heart, instead of her husband, who actually has a conflict of interest.
Criminals on death row have all kinds of safeguards, and this poor, innocent woman is being murdered by her husband with the approval of a judge.
Why weren't they her wishes until after the malpractice suit? He couldn't remember them until testimony in 98. Took awhile for the memory to "come to him"?
I saw 193. The precedent I am worried about is the frontal attack on federalism by "conservatives." Congress is interfering with what is purely a state function.
Yup... not even the TIP of the iceberg.
How, pray tell, is STARVING a person to death GODLY???
She's conscious and just needs nutrition. But the photo is not from today.
How can you guys torture us with your ignorance?
Ambrose, you are one sick *PUPPY*. Our Congressmen are trying to *SAVE* this poor woman's life, and all you can do is *MOCK* your fellow Christian.
Shame on *YOU*.
It's INCREDIBLE!!!!
maybe you should test out your theory? Stop eating and drinking for the next 2 weeks and see if God "wants" YOU...
I just saw on fox news that Delay has announced that the Easter break will be postponed until sometime next week so they can continue to work on the bill to help Terri!!!

The Schindlers believe Terri, who has been bumped from nursing home to hospice, should have received the extensive rehabilitation Michael Schiavo promised when he received more than $1.3 million for her care in a malpractice lawsuit. They also believe she should have been appointed an independent attorney in the proceedings that led to Judge Greers order to end her life.
Citing an apparent conflict of interest in the case, the Schindlers have long argued that Michaels relationship with another woman with whom he has lived and has had two children should be just cause for removing him from making decisions that are in her best interest.

Ping you to post 251.
Which reminded me, that when Mike Schiavo was suing the drug company, he claimed he needs the money for Terri's care and rehabilitation, then after he got $1M for her care, then he suddenly remembered that she didn't want to be kept alive.
As I said, I haven't followed all the details, but there is a lot to this case.
"But I feel as though I'd drunk about three cups of strong coffee. I just want Terri out of that blasted "hospice" and out of her vile so-called husband's control."
You and me both.
It's amazing to watch God work in man. Amazing and humbling. I'm so pysched right now I don't think I'll be able to sleep until I know what's going to happen next...
This is the most BIASED case I have EVER SEEN! And I've seen and experienced some BIASED cases.
Pray and get a good night's sleep, so you'll be alert for all that will happen tomorrow. :)
Just curious... were you aware that Michael is quoted as having said "When is that b!tch going to die"?
He's a nice guy, only looking out for his poor wife's best interest.
Puke.
This is going to be a VERY FINE Easter!
