I saw 193. The precedent I am worried about is the frontal attack on federalism by "conservatives." Congress is interfering with what is purely a state function.

"Congress is interfering with what is purely a state function."

Must disagree with you there. I am a serious 10th Amendment fan--I call for majorly limiting and shrinking the Fed (and the State) govts. However, this case transcends that dividing line, IMHO and I hope I am proved correct.

There are dark agendae here that undermine ALL God-fearing governments and saving Terri helps thwart their goals.

States do not have the right to deny their citizens their Constitutional right to life. If Florida made slavery legal again, the federal government would have the right and the obligation to interfere with that decision.

A healthy albeit disabled woman is going to be put to death in a manner far more cruel than what Scott Peterson will face, and you're splitting hairs over technicalities? A little child could discern right and wrong in this case. Occam's Razor is alive and well.

Judge Greer has shirked his duties by consitently (for whatever reason, maybe $$$$$$$$$) ruling like that evidence like this is merely "interesting", but not relevant "to Terri Schiavo in 2002". Excuse me? Not relevant? How did she get into her present situation?

When Michael Schiavo utterly loses it, you'll come around.

So? Think anyone here cares? If you're looking for conservatives and the rule of law, you're on the wrong thread. This is a Feelings Only thread. Sorry.
