I don't know if we can call him "stupid." The Pinellas Co. Republican and NY native is still winning this Sunday morning "so far." And he thinks DeLay will fold, or the U.S. Supreme Court will quash his subpoena. Can Anthony Kennedy alone quash the subpoena? I also wonder what people in Sacramento saw in Anthony Kennedy.

I've been involved since the last time they pulled her tube.
I believe that the bill will pass after midnight, but I'm not sure it will do any good. The Federal Judge may or may not demand the tube be re-inserted, and even if he does rule to re-insert the tube, Judge Greer will defy the order. The case is still under his control according to Delay's statements.
I think it comes down to Gov. Bush exercisng his authority to save Terri, but he hasn't so far. I had my doubts about the Governor using "protective custody", until the DCF finally got involved. They are legally mandated by the Florida legislature to investigate abuse and can take the person into protective custody, which they have not. I feel the Jeb Bush has the authority to take her into protective custody right now.
