I believe that the bill will pass after midnight, but I'm not sure it will do any good. The Federal Judge may or may not demand the tube be re-inserted, and even if he does rule to re-insert the tube, Judge Greer will defy the order. The case is still under his control according to Delay's statements.
I think it comes down to Gov. Bush exercisng his authority to save Terri, but he hasn't so far. I had my doubts about the Governor using "protective custody", until the DCF finally got involved. They are legally mandated by the Florida legislature to investigate abuse and can take the person into protective custody, which they have not. I feel the Jeb Bush has the authority to take her into protective custody right now.

They just may have something up their sleeve afterall. I sure hope so.
It certainly didn't hurt to close it since the Dems have already said they would object and that stops it till midnight.
