Unfortunately certain thankless jerks are clueless about who is right and who is wrong.
It is IMPORTANT to note that liberals and democrats are despicable and promote socialism and perversion.
It is also IMPORTANT to note that conservatives and Republicans promote a culture of life in our country.
Clueless clowns such as russnjunjee think the only thing Bush has to do is wave his magic wand and rule as if he were a King or dictator.
Bush is not a ruler, King or dictator. He is a leader of the executive branch of government.
Russnjunjee is a bonehead for thinking that Bush has the powers of a king, ruler or dictator.

You can "judge shop" in a way...there are tricks that attorneys use to do that...to find out the assignment order, they file silly type of nothing cases...to see who's "next" and then when they think they figured out the "line up" they file their MAJOR CASE in line with who they believe would get that case....but that's more in the lower level courts that they can do that, because there's more assignments.

Me too....why they bring her on, I don't know. A lot of people really don't understand what truly happened here. I didn't until a couple of days ago and happened to hear - is it Glen Beck? - on the radio. He was extremely logical and had all the facts.
Oh, the dems always claim to be Republicans on C-Span and they moan and groan and say they are going to switch parties. This has been going on since clinton was in office and I am sick of their silly, obvious games... One day, I am going to call in as a dem and say I am going to switch parties. LOL
