Attorney David Gibbs told us this evening that the bill will go to a federal judge in Tampa, Florida after it's signed by President Bush. Hopefully, it will not go to Judge Lazzara. But any bill that appears before a Florida judge will be very very difficult to pass.
Gibbs filed an appeal about Terri's due process (or lack of) with the Eleventh District Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia. You can view the documents by clicking on the links:

Are the doctors lined up and ready to insert the feeding tube back in right away? No excuses allowed to put it off until morning.
Even the most lefty death-lovin' judge would issue a temporary injunction to feed Terri, but that judge might later lift the injunction if he finds the statute to be passed at 12:01 tomorrow unconstitutional (but then the appeals court would reinstate that injuction while it considers the appeal.)
The analogy is to habeas appeal in death-penalty cases. Imagine a federal judge, while sitting in habeas review of the constitutional sufficiency of the procedures causing the criminal to face the death penalty, gets notice that ol' sparky is being fired up. The judge would issue a temporary stay, until all habeas review is exhausted.

IF THAT HAPPENS, WE NEED TO CONTACT VIRGINIA DELEGATE BOB MARSHALL immediately. He can force Morton Plant Hospital to reverse the starvation-dehydration by threatening to withhold their funding. He did that in 2003.
