That's the crux of the issue and why this is so outrageous. It amounts to murder, legalized from the bench.
What is Delay doing? What is Bush doing? The fact we haven't heard anything yet seems to indicate that they are working on it.
This will not stand people.
Didn't President Eisenhower send in marshals (or was it the National Guard?) to protect black school children trying to enter the public schools down in Little Rock?
It was federal law, after all, NOT state law, that ordered that black children could attend those schools.
(And I'm guessing the state law and state courts of the time --and Governor Orville Faubus-- said much the same thing to Eisenhower that Judge Greer is now saying to Tom DeLay!)
Good grief, we've had the feds intervene in state issues many times --just think ROE V. WADE-- with the liberals cheering the federal intervention on. SO WE CAN DO IT TOO, particularly when it is a constitutional matter of deprivation of LIFE.
The Lord has brought us this far...He's not going to pull the rug out.
I'm sure Congress could come up with a long list.
But people are posting reports that a *federal* judge just backed Greer.

I have a funny feeling they must have considered this possible scenario when they thought of the plan. Don't lose hope yet, folks...the fact we haven't heard from Bush or Delay yet speaks volumes.

At this point this judge should be recused from the case because the entire controversy involved only the removal of the feeding tube, which would then leave her on her own. The judge is clearly exceeding his powers, in my opinion, and I'm a lawyer so I know a little more about this than most.
How can we get this point across to our legislators?
It's just so absurd that this can't be videotaped, and sent around the world.
If this is so, someone needs to tape Terri. To heck with that blasted Greer!
I just don't understand cold, callous people like Terri's husband and Judge Greer (Scott Peterson, et al). But while praying, I began to wonder if God has hardened their hearts so much that it enables Him to show us how He works. Kinda how he hardened Pharoah's heart and we know how that turned out...
