In theory they could retry him on the deadlocked charge but I doubt that is going to happen. With 11 voting not guilty and one hold out, I strongly doubt they'd consider retrying him.

I agree -- I don't agree with his methods but she was (as someone else told her earlier) all but asking someone to rub her out. I do NOT condone murder in any way, but there were probably a lot of people who wanted her permanently removed.

Not FOUND guilty. He's still guilty. Who else could of done it? I guess this verdict (and OJ's) means if you are guilty of being a little b*tch in LA, you deserve to die. Glad I moved 8 months ago.
