The 16-year-old junior began trying to organize a chapter of the Gay-Straight Alliance, which promotes tolerance and acceptance of homosexuals.
Students do not start Gay Straight Alliance clubs, adult homosexuals use them as dating and recruting sex clubs. The are part of GLSEN. NOTICE HOW THIS ARTICLE DOES NOT USE GSA OR GLSEN, this is part of their effort to hide from news clipping services!
GLSEN knows parents get outraged when they go on the scene. GSA's are only an attempt to bypass pro-homo school materials for sex education. GLSEN can't stand the light or the truth.
Listen yourselves, here is what they are:

The Homosexual Movement in Massachusetts Schools
On March 25, 2000 the Massachusetts Departments of Education and Health teamed up with the national gay and lesbian group GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network) and conducted a conference for school children and educators. The conference was held under the guise of tolerance and safe schools. However, as the Parent's Rights Coalition discovered, this conference was about teaching children the unsafe mechanics of homosexuality. Following the conference, organizers denied claims of misconduct made by the Parent's Rights Coalition. Organizers were forced to concede the truth after the Parent's Rights Coalition made public an audio recording from the conference, which substantiated their claims. A free copy of the Parent's Rights Coalition audio tape can be obtained from the Massachusetts News web page. Alternatively, if your computer is audio capable, then you may listen to the following 10 audio clips, in order, to hear the entire contents of the free audio tape. A word of caution to parents: These audio clips contain graphic sexual language and are not appropriate for children. Note that these clips were created for the RealPlayer program. If after clicking on the audio clips below you determine that the RealPlayer program in not on your system, you may be able to obtain a free copy of RealPlayer Basic under the Real home page located here.

posting absurdity to discredit FR perhaps?

I hope that's what it is.. becase I thought he was dead serious.
I'm very serious, and I'm no bigot. If there is "bigotry" here, it is bigotry against what was for many years in our Christian republic, a crime. The historical ignorance of our own generation may make it sound like bigotry, since the homosexual lobby has so stridently demanded that everyone accept, embrace, and applaud their lifestyle, but to call it bigotry is to jump right in with the parade of the dangerous dunces.
To: Bones75
But, it's exactly that kind of holy-roller shyte that feeds into the stereotype of conservatives as unreasonable, doom-preaching religious fanatics. "Children of the devil"? Come on now, that redlines the BS meter.
Unrepentant sinners of all varieties (not just homosexuals) are "children of the devil." Why? Because the act which set Lucifer apart from Almighty God was his "non serviam." When we say the same thing, we are basically alienating ourselves from God and taking the side of His enemy. It's really not that hard to comprehend--nor is it particularly inflamatory.
As a parallel, would you consider someone a "Republican" if they trashed the constitution, history, and institutions of the US on a regular basis, lived in France, and proclaimed communism as the best form of government? If someone called that person a "child of Stalin", you'd probably agree.

So you think children suffering is typical/normal and shouldn't be changed...
No child should suffer physical abuse. However, if you raise kids in a phony, wussy environment, they're going to get eaten alive when they enter the real world. There are hundreds of examples of this throughout the history of the world--aristocratic kids raised in a false-paradise where their every vice was celebrated. When they got to be the rulers of the nation, bad things tended to happen....
And I say this as someone who got pushed around a bit as a kid--and learned how to not only survive, but thrive in such an envirnoment without turning into a bully myself.

Nobody's telling you accept, embrace, or applaud anything. It's just all the "fire and brimstone" that is plain rediculous. I can tell be reading all of your posts you've got some kind of issue. What it is? I have no idea. Good luck with it though.

The homoadvocates are using the GSA and GLSEN to make wussyness mandatory and opposition a thought crime or crimethink.

Yeah, "children of the devil" is amazingly harsh. People who make such vicious comments might do well to actually meet, talk and get to know some gay people. It's amazing what can happen when you actually meet the people you think you hate.
I've known dozens of 'gay' people in my life--as a consequence of my profession. Some of them, I knew very well indeed, having taken business trips with them. Without exception, they were individuals with awful and deep-seated problems above and beyond their deviant sexual practices. They were drug-users, suffered from serious mental illnesses (eating disorders, depression, anger disorders, narcissistic personality disorder, etc.), acted ruthlessly and viciously toward people who "got in their way" and didn't think twice about only hiring other 'gays' when in positions of power.
I didn't hate any of these people. I also didn't do anything to make them think I approved of their lifestyles--most of them knew I am a devout Catholic and believe EVERYTHING the Church teaches. Few of them ever brought up the subject of their sexuality around me because they knew it would lead to a debate--and they'd lose. And to be honest, I think on some level, a few of them actually appreciated me for it. Deep down, many of them knew that they were living in terrible sin but were too addicted to their vices to break out.
Enabling sinners on their path to self-destruction is the action of a coward.

In fact, it is abosolutely essential that they cut the crazies loose before they start losing their gains.
We "crazies" are the base, pal. Without us, the Republicans win nothing.

The loving thing, of course, is to lead homosexuals out of this lifestyle, but the love usually can't start until the homosexual feels enough shame to seek help. If, however, the shameless libertarian wing of our movement insists that there are no social, spiritual, or economic costs associated with homosexuality, we will go right on paying for every new strain of virulent death bred in the caldron of people who eroticize their own excrement.
You got it. On the money.

The greatest Communicator on earth, the founder of Western Civilization, the author of Mercy and Truth, the one who freed us from centuries of abject tyranny, had the very same habit of speaking about eternal death, the lake of fire, and eternal punishment.
In the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Think about that.

Be careful some of the unlettered Gen-Xers will begin calling you a DUer if you keep up the unfettered logic and truth.
Be tough to do that, given my sign-up date. And I am a Gen-Xer, btw

You got it. And when we become a nation of siss-wads, look out...
If you ask me, all the time spent on this diversity/tolerance cr@p should be used to teach kids how to box, or do karate, or some other martial art. Especially the boys.

Of course, Kathy and others like her could just get treatment, but that would be asking too much, wouldn't it?
It makes far more sense to ask the other 98% of humanity who knows what normal is to accept the homosexual redefinition of normality so they won't have to admit there's something wrong with them.
Actually, I sort of like the model. I'm a homicidal psychopath with sadistic tendencies and I'm getting really tired of hiding in the closet. Perhaps if I formed a club in a high school people could learn to understand that I'm really a nice person who's just different.
Shalom.

What about profanity in school? Do you think that should be protected speech? Not necessarily as there are decency standards that have been upheld.
What about kids that boo the flag during the pledge?
I think that would absolutely have to be upheld as free speech. However, if the other kids don't want to speak to those that boo - well there's nothing that could be done about that.
Shalom.

Don't tell me, let me guess -- you're one of those "once saved, always saved" heretics?
It is no sin to have a homosexual orientation. Sin requires an act of deliberate will. Homosexual acts are objectively sinful -- just like being a hypocrite is -- but no worse than other sinful acts that people (even you) commit on a daily basis. We are all "children of the devil" by that standard. Unless you live in a constant state of perfection you, too, are one of the "walking dead".
You whitewashed tomb. Spend more time comtemplating the sins that you commit -- and the mercy shown to you by God and your fellow believers -- before you go condemning other people as "children of the devil".

Exodus 22:18" was incorrectly translated from the ancient Greek Well, Exodus was written in Hebrew, as far as we know and
KShPh sure means WAY more than "poison" -- and it's cognates, therefroe, way more than "poisoner". I don't have a Septuagint, but my guess is that you are coming off of somebody's interpretation of
pharmakeia (I'm not going to try to get Greek characters up here) which had the sense of "charm" and "remedy"-- and magic generally.
Don't forget in a pre-Renaissance world, the line betweenmagic and what we would call science was, at best, blurred. What we would call a "drug" or a "medicine", would have seemed a "charm" to many.
So "poisoner" is just an overly specific translation of any of that family of words.
