Listening to WSB on the web. They had a spokesmen come out from the hospitol and that is the information they relayed. Female officer was the one the perp got the gun from. He shot her in the head, in the mouth, and that she is alive and fresh out of surgery.

It was just on CNN. They were showing a report from some local station. The reporter said she was shot through the mouth and has now come out of surgery. The original story I heard said it was a male who was shot in the back of the head and killed. The story could change again.
