Fulton Co. Judge shot and killed in courthouse shooting (BREAKING Fri 9A)

This is a breaking news situation.
A man entered a courtroom in the Fulton County Courthouse this morning and shot a Fulton County Sheriff's deputy, a clerk and a judge; there are reports from both WSB and WAGA, the judge is deceased.
The perp has carjacked multiple vehicles -- now on his third -- and is still at large.
I've just come from downtown Atlanta, and the city is a madhouse.

Any word on where the third was shot? One in courtroom and one in the parking garage is what is still being reported on the radio.According to WAGA, there were two deputies shot in the parking garage.

This guy should have definitely been in restraints. It's a shame that this incident occurred. Unfortunately, it's usually the Judge who makes decisions on restraints being used in his/her courtroom. Complacency in procedures sets in too often and security is overlooked and becomes lax. All it takes is one time, and that one time happened today. I'm sure the procedures within the courtrooms in Georgia will be tightened immediately. It's too bad it took a serious shooting like this to do it.

I bet that deputy they were performing CPR on is also dead. He was almost falling off of the gurney while they were trying to load the stretcher.
This is so sad.The perp is not going to go quietly either. He isn't through with his killing.
