This is a breaking news situation.
A man entered a courtroom in the Fulton County Courthouse this morning and shot a Fulton County Sheriff's deputy, a clerk and a judge; there are reports from both WSB and WAGA, the judge is deceased.
The perp has carjacked multiple vehicles -- now on his third -- and is still at large.
I've just come from downtown Atlanta, and the city is a madhouse.
They do. And once in a blue moon they actually carry it out.

Seriously though, this scum should not become a burden on the taxpayers of the great state of Georgia!
If he's of "medium complexion" then I (run of the mill white boy) must be of "transparent complexion".
The Press & Police are doing all they can to avoid using the word BLACK!

Gotta catch the guy first to give him ANY penalty... I'm really surprised and disappointed that the day is fading into night and this murderer is still at large.
In a number of places in this country a black will not be convicted of a crime in which the victim is white bcause the jury must have several black members who simply cannot consider that anything done to white people could be a crime or undeserved.
That can be a good tagline.
They are saying he is black, with a medium complexion. They are also showing his picture. What else do you want them to say?

Thanks for the comments. I have been in this for a long time. I had to try a guy for something similar. We were doing a jury trial on a defendant on a burglary charge. Nothing violent. The sheriff's office was returning him to court for the afternoon session. When they got to the courthouse, they had to remove his cuffs and leg irons so the jury couldn't see him in restraints. As they were waiting on the elevator, he hit one deputy and shoved the other down and bolted from the courthouse. The deputies couldn't keep up. One of them blew out his knee going down the steps and the other just could keep up. Eventually, the guy broke into the house of a retarded man and ended up killing him. The retarded man started screaming and screaming and the defendant stuffed a rag down his throat and suffocated him. We finally caught him after several hours. He is now doing life without parole. Sad case.

Anybody licensed to carry a concealed firearm in Atlanta should be on their toes and on the lookout. The "suspect" has killed 3 people already and any citizen could reasonably expect to be in mortal fear of their own lives if he came anywhere near them...nod, nod, wink, wink, say no more...
I'm saying that BEFORE they posted his picture, THEY wee describing him as "Medium Complexion". Black was NEVER mentioned.
