In a number of places in this country a black will not be convicted of a crime in which the victim is white bcause the jury must have several black members who simply cannot consider that anything done to white people could be a crime or undeserved.
Jury nulification based solely on race is a way of life in washington DC. In fact it is one of the worst kept secrets of the DC courts. But the MSM does not cover that because it is pro black racism.
