Hey Howlin, I just thought of something while reading through some of the latter posts regarding Bubba's gauntness. Do you remember shortly before Bubba's surgery, Cankles made a BIG, FAT to-do over the *fact* that they were both starting The South Beach Diet? I remember at the time--in the way Cankles made such a stink about them doing it--that it seemed just a tad suspect. She, being the politically and otherwise tin-eared doofus, is ALWAYS laughingly transparent in the way she tries to throw peons off the track. ALWAYS. The Great White Witch thinks that everyone but her heinous, snake oil salesman self, is TOOPID.

That South Beach Diet crap of theirs just now came to mind. And Cankles didn't lose a gram of her grease-infused goose neck, or thinble-full of even ONE thunderous thigh fat. Perhaps Bubba was on the descent even before his heart surgery, with *something* else being the cause of the beginning of his gauntness--but Cankles trotted out the "doing The South Beach Diet" as a cockamamie cover.

Just one of my (many) wack thoughts.

Disclaimer: I am sending prayers for Bubba in his illness.

For whatever it is worth, count me in your small camp. The way I see it, I am praying that God's will be done, and hoping that Clinton is treated the way I think he has treated others.

It does Clinton no good for me to pray for his recovery, for a succesful surgery. I will pray for his Doctors, though, because I fear for them if anything goes wrong.

I think that even Bubba has a little bit of good in him. Like I said--in my humble opinion--given the news of the day being his illness and nothing more, I think it's the Pubbie thing to do to rise to the occassion and offer prayers, or to at least refrain from talking about all of his evils.

Pubbies usually tend to trend in rising above, as Bubba's outcome is in God's hands. And Pubbies have faith in God's plan. What WE can do is offer well wishes in his hard time...or say nothing *today* and through his surgery and recovery.

This is just my personal opinion and personal general assessment of my fellow, great Pubbies. We are different in lofty ways from our political counterparts in reverance and in most EVERYTHING else that shows character.
