He may be on blood thinners and he would be told to not take those meds because they would not be able to treat for several days, they usually take blood tests every day to make sure that your blot is able to clot before they do any kind of surgery.

He hasn't looked well from the very first, so this is no surprise. But they're saying he'll be in the hospital for some time...days and days. I think they're more worried than they're letting on.

Absolutely! That pile of crap did a lot of damage to our country; whether he gets better or not makes no difference to me and I certainly am not going to waste any energy wishing the sleazebag well.
For me to wish him well would be hypocritical at best.
