He says we are not to worry, they do this all the time. He was surprised at the length of hospitalization, they do this and go home the next day.

He is just fretting about scar tissue, disturbance of the anatomy and how some poor pathologist is going to have to deal with it.

But he says Clinton is safe and sound and will survive.

Must have been 2 different "interviews" with the press.

They are talking about how the world views us now.

And they are going to Florida tomorrow to play golf with Greg Norman for the tsunami.

W. is calling them "The Presidents." Cute.

Well, barf all you want. I think the guy has changed. Whether this is a lasting change only time will tell.

However, he just backed President Bush's foreign policy 100%, which is something Kerry STILL cannot bring himself to do.

I still think he was the worst President we have ever had, other than Carter.

I note CARTER isn't backing Bush's foreign policy.

Someone correct this report if necessary:

I just returned home and turned on the television but think that President Bush just body slammed Clinton.

President Bush thanked the two former presidents for their work raising $$ for the tsunami victims. Then both former presidents spoke a few words.

As they were turning to leave, President Bush said "President Clinton is playing golf with my father tomorrow so you can see how sick he is." LOLOL

I haven't read the thread but I had pneumonia a few years back with a lot of fluid in my chest and a collapsed right lung. I went through surgery to remove the fluid as it was so thick it wouldn't drain. They cracked some ribs to get into the lung/chest area. I was in the hospital 10 days partially due to recovering from pneumonia in addition to the surgery.. I suspect he'll do fine.

I wasn't sure whether he was needling Clinton or the haand-wringers in the press! It was a good line, though!
