The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

U.S. works 'day and night' to rein in al-Qaida
Full Story

WASHINGTON - Prompted by new intelligence indicating Osama bin Laden reached out to the most feared terrorist in Iraq, President Bush charged Thursday that "al-Qaida still hopes to attack us on our own soil."

"Recently, we learned that Osama bin Laden has urged the terrorist Zarqawi to form a group to conduct attacks outside Iraq, including here in the United States," Bush said at the swearing-in of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff.

The president vowed, "We're working every day and night to dismantle (bin Laden's) network and to bring him to justice."

Welcome to my corner of the playground, jerseygirl.

It sounds like your mothers father had a good plan.

A 'flow chart' type analysis may help guide your decisions.

1. Do you need the highest cash amount now, and how do you plan to reinvest the cash?
2. Are there significant tax consequences?
3. Do you have someone to go to for advice, lawyer, CPA, Minerals Manager, family, that is familiar with the oil and gas industry and the market in your local area? Remember, that oil and gas leasing/buying is a Highly competitive business and you may want information from several sources.
Of course, you shouldn't post your answers on the web.

The folks at the National Association of Royalty Owners,

http://naro-us.org/

may have some information that will help you. For instance, since you mentioned Oklahoma, the 511 NR tax forms. A yearly membership costs $105 and they send some useful material. You might look at this cost in terms of both potential income and potential lost income.

Also, you might check out

http://www.burns-stowers.com/

They have some good forms, but you still should consider getting competent legal advice before using them.

Also, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission

http://www.occ.state.ok.us/

and the Texas Railroad Commission

http://www.rrc.state.tx.us/

may have information that would help you.

I hope this helps a bit.

Prayers for your success.

Thank you Cindy. In particular, the following as copied from your post: Hugo Chavez is neglecting his duties as Venezuelan President to lead a "holy war" against the United States.

You're welcome JP! It went heavenly. Family is so important. My husband and I are so thankful our son and daughter-in-law are kind, loving, compassionate and morally upstanding. They view family ties as closely as we do. We are VERY proud of them. Thanks for asking!

One ultralight, one bomb, one time...

Not only the gathered world leaders (which would be horrendous), but the whole lineup of potential popes as well.

What better way to strike at the very heart of the infidels, and the people 'responsible' for the crusades?
