My guess would be that Karl Rove ripped McCain a new one for suggesting last week that Hitlery would make a good president.

3 years of daily speculation is going to get mighty old.

And it continues to be the same names bandied about. Most of them wouldn't get to first base, but their names are still popping up.

I wouldn't even advising asking Jeb.

He's gotten to the point now where he loses his temper when asked, and turns red.

A few months ago, I swear I thought he was going to hit the reporter who asked him, Governor Bush just yelled at him.

He's not running, and considering his almost violent reaction to the questions, its not to wise to even ask him.

McLame is trying to suck up to both sides (again) and Jeb should tell him to get lost.

I want Jeb!!

Jeb/Ginrich...Gingrich/Jeb, either wya.

That would make FL a lock and the rest of the south.

JEB BUSH

Birthdate: February 11, 1953
Family: Married, three children
Party: Republican
Elected: November 1998, re-elected November 2002
Term Expires: January 2007

JEB BUSH was born in Midland, Texas.

After first arriving in Florida, he helped start a real estate development company that today is one of the largest, full-service commercial real estate companies in South Florida. In 1987-88, he served as Florida's Secretary of Commerce and promoted Florida's business climate worldwide.

Following an unsuccessful bid in 1994 for the Governor's Office, Governor Bush founded the Foundation for Florida's Future, a not-for-profit organization to influence public policy at the grassroots level. As chairman of the foundation, he co-founded the state's first charter school - Liberty City Charter School - with the Urban League of Greater Miami.

He was elected Florida's 43rd Governor in 1998 and re-elected in 2002, becoming the first Republican to be re-elected Governor in the state's history. Since taking office, his top priority has been creating a world-class educational system through high standards and increased accountability. To achieve this goal, he has provided a record four-year increase of $2.9 billion (26 percent increase) in K-12 funding. He believes passionately that all children should learn a year's worth of knowledge in a year's worth of time.

Governor Bush also boosted the state's reserve funds while reducing the state's tax burden to its lowest level in a decade. He has focused the state's resources toward protecting Florida's natural environment with an historic $2-billion commitment to saving Florida's Everglades. He has also increased health insurance coverage for needy children and provided unprecedented levels of funding and services to the elderly and the developmentally disabled.

By taking advantage of online technology such as the state's web portal, www.myflorida.com, and thanks to outreach programs like his monthly "Open Office Hours" around Florida, Governor Bush continues to be the most accessible Governor in the state's history, providing all Floridians with greater opportunities to directly participate and communicate with their government and elected officials.

Once more:

The best GOP ticket for 2008 is General Tommy Franks and Senator John Cornyn of Texas.

The only question is who runs as Prez, and who runs as VP.

'Rats are scared senseless of Cornyn, and Tommy Franks takes a back seat to nobody in the area of national security.

If Republicans want to win in '08, that's the ticket.

Jeb would be too many Bushes, even though he seems qualified. Americans don't like royal dynasties. No more clintons and no more bushes and no more kennedy's. Next thing you know there'll be a Jack Ford vs. Amy Carter election. At least wait awhile. Maybe a bush twins ticket in a few decades.
