They moved Terri from a situation where there was NO conflict of interest with the major players in this case, to a situation where the conflict of interest is EXTRAORDINARY. Furthermore, they did not abide by the requirements of the law when so doing.
This is one of those pesky details that I have always found quite bothersome. Excellent article!

In April, 2000, without court approval or knowledge or the Schindlers, Terri Schiavo was moved to the hospice without the proper certification. Although the certificate was signed by the hospice medical director who was under direct administration of Felos as board chairman, Dr. Victor Gambone, her attending physician at the time, did not sign the certificate of need as mandated by federal law. He has since testified under oath that she was healthy and that Terri was moved to the hospice not on his orders, but rather those of Michael Schiavo.
The article goes on to state that Dr. Gambone as RESIGNED as Terri's physician.............NO KIDDING!

You will discover EXACTLY how Terri was ILLEGALLY TAKEN into a HOSPICE......THIS IS HORRIFIC....the admitting DOCTOR would NOT SIGN the Hospice form that requires a patient entering is going to DIE within SIX MONTHS!
This doctor has since stated that Terri is HEALTHY!
This doctor states that Michael Schiavo insisted on Terri being admitted. George FELOS was the BOSS of the woman who runs the Hospice at that times. HE was the head of the BOARD then.
The DOCTOR has RESIGNED as TERRI's PHYSICIAN...
