It is my understanding that the judge's order setting the beginning of the execution by starvation to be March 18 1 p.m. would be legally binding on whoever might replace Michael Schiavo as "guardian". The order didn't give permission to begin killing the innocent person; it mandated that it will happen. Perhaps others more versed in these kinds of cases can clarify.
I wonder whether a replacement guardian would be held in contempt of court for NOT beginning the death process on March 18.

In my mind I can easily picture felos and greer, heads bent together as felos tells greer how to word his order so that it is so written that no matter what happens...Terri is murdered. He reminds greer of the DCF investigations they thwarted, he reminds greer of the bone scan they NEVER brought forward, he reminds greer of how terri is illegally stuffed into the hospice death house, he reminds greer of basing the case only upon hearsay and he reminds greer of the IMPORTANCE of GETTING TERRI's BODY TO THE CREMATION CENTER ASAP AFTER DEATH....after all...he reminds greer...we are in this TOGETHER. If I fail...you go with me.

(Will michael shiavo and his concubine and children now preside over the murder of Terri?)

Well then, if a judge can sentence her to death regardless of a guardians wishes then a governor should be able to give her a pardon.

A new guardian would certainly be able to have done the tests that Monster Schiavo has refused. And if Terri could receive liquid orally, the feeding tube issue would be irrelevant.
