Someone posted a few days ago something about there only being $60,000 left, and that figure is the amount that a spouse is allowed to keep while medicaid/medicare picks up the bills.
There must be money secreted away somewhere. This is what happens in many cases of abuse of the system anyway.

The attorney from hell held a press conference sometime in 2003 where he announced that Michael had only X number of dollars left and that he had petitioned the court to place Terri on Medicare(caid) and that the petition was granted. Anyone have a transcript?

Actually, that is the amount that Michael S. and Felos claim. Since he hasn't been filing the annual Guardianship Financial papers required by law, we just don't know. There must be some reason he is not filing the papers.
