Actually, that is the amount that Michael S. and Felos claim. Since he hasn't been filing the annual Guardianship Financial papers required by law, we just don't know. There must be some reason he is not filing the papers.
Yes, I should have stated that more clearly. No one knows really how much is left, but that's the amount that is apparently about the right amount to have remaining, so that the govt will pick up the bills.
