TERRI SCHIAVO MARCH 2005 DAILIES Fla's Til of the Hun Sets March Date to Starve Terri

Terri's Freepers,

Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.

3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Intersting isn't it.

Just like abortion. You're only a valuable human being if your wanted.

Sad.

Congress May Try to Intercede in Schiavo Case

By Jesse J. Holland Associated Press Writer
Published: Mar 16, 2005

WASHINGTON (AP) - Republicans may try to pass legislation this week moving the final decision over Terri Schiavo's life to federal court, a move they hope will delay the removal of her feeding tube on Friday.
House Judiciary chairman James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., and Dave Weldon, R-Fla., introduced a bill Wednesday that would allow Schiavo's parents to ask a federal judge to hear her case after the state appeals process is completed.

That judge would be limited to deciding whether withholding or withdrawing food, fluids or medical treatment from an incapacitated person violates the Constitution or U.S. law, according the legislation.

The measure is expected to be before the full House for approval by Thursday.

Senate Republicans are expected to introduce identical legislation or take up the House bill. However, it is unlikely that Democrats would allow the legislation to pass the Senate without debate or committee action.

Congress is set to start its Easter recess Friday.

The legislation is separate from an earlier bill introduced by Weldon and GOP Sen. Mel Martinez of Florida that would have full access to specific cases of disabled people who have not left a written directive and whose families are at odds over whether to withdraw a feeding tube.

Bills have also been introduced in the Florida Legislature attempting to block the removal, but it is unclear if they can be reconciled and passed before Friday.

Federal judges have twice turned down the efforts of Terri Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, to move the case out of state courts, citing a lack of jurisdiction.

Terri Schiavo, 41, suffered severe brain damage in 1990 when her heart stopped temporarily, and court-appointed doctors say she is in a persistent vegetative state. Her husband says she told him she would not want to be kept alive artificially. Her parents dispute that, and say she could get better with the proper treatment.

Late last month, Circuit Judge George Greer granted Michael Schiavo permission to remove the feeding tube. A state appellate court upheld that ruling Wednesday. If the tube is pulled, it could take a week or two for Terri Schiavo to die.

I was visiting a friend with Parkinson's in a nursing home a few weeks ago. She indicated she wanted ice and I went to the nurse's station. There was a woman sitting behind the desk writing. I said excuse me. She ignored me. I said excuse me again. Again she ignored me. Finally I slapped my hand on the counter and said, "Do you speak english?" She looked up at me with a really vicious glare. I told her my friend wanted ice and she just looked back down at her paperwork. Now, this person had never met me before, didn't know who I was, had no idea what relationship I was to the patient. I found another nurse who also promptly brushed me off, but I wouldn't let this one go. I asked who their supervisor was, and if they didn't get my friend some ice in the next five minutes I'd report them. They got the ice, but only grudgingly.

It is very scary.

Bishop Lynch still feels that Terri should be killed. Lynch has never supported Terri's right to receive rehabilitation.

No, technically Terri, by Judge Greers Orders, is not disabled, she is PVS, therefore would not be covered, at least that is his point of view.
And, until you make Congress (both houses act)she isn't covered under the Federal Courts! I'll be d+++++if I know why.

You mean that JEB couldn't take her into custody at this point, because she isn't DISABLED, SHE IS PVS?? WHICH SHE IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lawmakers Want to Set Rules for the Florida Supreme Court

By Brendan Farrington Associated Press Writer
Published: Mar 16, 2005

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - A legislator who wants to speed up death penalty appeals also wants to change the constitution so the Florida Supreme Court can't again strike down the changes.
In a two-pronged approach, Rep. Dick Kravitz is seeking to pass a law similar to one struck down by the Supreme Court four years ago that was designed to get death row inmates executed a little quicker.

At the time, the court said court rules and procedures are a responsibility of the courts, not lawmakers.

So Kravitz wants to take that responsibility away from the Supreme Court. His measure (HB 1007) would ask voters to change the constitution to create a judicial conference that would propose and implement rules over court procedures in criminal cases and in the appeals that follow. The Legislature would then approve or reject those proposals.

While the House Criminal Justice Committee unanimously approved the bill (1005) to speed up death row appeals, there was less enthusiasm about meddling with the Supreme Court's authority. The proposed amendment was approved 5-3.

Even if the proposal to place the issue on the 2006 ballot passes the House, there may not be enough support in the Senate. A three-fifths vote is required in each chamber.

"As much as some of us may disagree with court decisions, we don't have the power to overturn them whenever we want, we don't have the power to take away their own power. They're an equal branch of government and they don't depend on the Legislature for their authority," said Sen. Dave Aronberg, D-Greenacres. "I'd be stunned if that went through in the Senate."

Kravitz insisted the proposal isn't an attack on the Supreme Court.

"This is not an anti-Supreme Court kind of thing. I have all the respect in the world for them," Kravitz, R-Orange Park, said after the vote. "I just feel fundamentally that we're the people elected by the public to create laws that reflect public policy. That's what we should do."

He said a similar system is used in California, Texas, New York and at the federal level.

Former Justice Major Harding told the committee the current system has worked well.

"Has there been a significant change that would warrant an amendment to the constitution of the state of Florida to require this new procedure, which is modeled after the federal, but which has also been shown to be cumbersome?" Harding said.

Gov. Jeb Bush strongly supports the idea of giving the Legislature oversight of court rules, said Randy Ball, the governor's public safety policy director.

"He does feel the Legislature has a right to feel some frustration and maybe some justified indignation because we have seen over the course of the years some very carefully crafted pieces of legislation that you have passed be overwritten by the court," Ball said.

""" Theodore R. wrote:
Do you think this decorated gentleman must sometimes wonder if his war efforts were all ultimately in vain, with FL and the USA apparently on the very verge of adopting Hitler's view of euthanasia?"""

You are so right about Hitler. I couldn't believe it yesterday morning, when one of the fine female Representatives from Florida, roughly said, I don't want the Government getting in our family business!" (paraphased)

Doesn't that female Rep, realize it IS THE GOVERNMENT (JUDGE GREER), WHO IS DECIDING WHEN THE SCHINDLER'S DAUGHTER WILL DIE. I'd say that is a GOVERNMENT/JUDICAL GONE POWER HUNGRY.

Perhaps there are those who didn't pay attention to what Hitler DID TO THE DISABLED, using DOCTORS and NURSES to first eliminate/KILL by STARVING and then down the road, THEY USED GAS OR SHOTS TO KILL, THOSE LESS THAN PERFECT.

Most amazing was the ability of HITLER TO CONVIENCE the population of GERMANY, how MUCH THE EXTRA FUNDS would benefit the Great STATE of GERMANY. Will the future of our Country be about SAVING MONEY ON HEALTH CARE by using STARVATION to KILL THOSE on MEDICARE and SOCIAL SECURITY?

I have NO DOUBT those in control WILL be nothing but happy to use Euthanasis, to BALANCE their BUDGETS. As for me, I will have nothing but shame for a Government who DOESN'T VALUE ALL of OUR COUNTRY MEN. I wonder if Judge Greer caught a glimpse of those precious children in PA saying Mass for their former student - Theresa Maria Schindler - this past week?

When Floriduh Voter reported on the ORANGE STINKING FENCE at the WOODSIDE HOSPICE, it made me sick. Terri desperately NEEDS PROTECTION FORM THAT DEATH HOUSE and those that desire and seek to STARVE HER TO DEATH.

The FENCE IS A MOCKERY of JUSTICE. TERRI is EVEN MORE of a PRISONER THAN EVER.

May God Bless and Have Mercy on the USA. :::crying:::
