TERRI SCHIAVO MARCH 2005 DAILIES Fla's Til of the Hun Sets March Date to Starve Terri
Terri's Fight, The Empire Journal, World Net Daily, Life News ^ | February 28, 2005 | floriduh voter

Terri's Freepers,

Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.

3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Terri's family is grateful to you and all of your prayers are being heard by the Giver of Life.

This is Terri's Fight and the battle is enjoined. JOIN US TO SAVE TERRI FROM FORCES THAT HAVE BUT ONE GOAL THAT IS AGAINST EVERYTHING AMERICAN.

I did! It makes me mad every time! Why can they not admit the distortion of the truth? From medical records, we can see that Terri hasn't been in a coma for more than a month or two. They have to keep repeating this lie to force the public's impression of Terri's state. They have to make it sound like Terri is some pitiful non-person being kept alive by machines.

At least Mitch Stacy is beginning to change the terminology of the words he's using in his reports. But how long has it taken him to make the changes, four or five years? I'm disgusted!

Is Bernie McCabe a scientologist? Or just another human being with little conscience like Michael, Felos, Greer, and the rest of Terri's murderers?

Has anyone heard how the ad campaign is doing?

I've gone to the website, but do not see any dates where the ad appeared. Did it get into USA Today newspaper or not?

Any luck?

I looked up user manuals, but couldn't find your model. I checked out one of the camera user manuals, but didn't see anything on this. They have a 1-800 number. Maybe they can help.

Bush does not want to get involved. He was 10 minutes fom today's rally.

You are mistakenly believing that because he didn't show for this event means that he doesn't want to become involved. They are not mutually exclusive. He is the governor. He has to have security details for any little stops he makes. He also gets his rear-end chewed out by Felos and the media every single time he does do something publicly in support of the Schindlers. You cannot simply say that because he does not attend the rally, it translates into meaning that Jeb doesn't want to get involved.

'Clear and convincing' evidence was not brought to their attention.

The problem is that if evidence and witnesses that favored Michael were all viewed in the most favorable possible light, and those opposed were viewed in the worst possible light, there would be "clear and compelling" evidence. The fact that no reasonable judge would view Michael's evidence as favorably as Greer does, nor discount opposing evidence as thoroughly as Greer does, is not basis for appellate review. The most such a review could accomplish would be to have the case bumped back to Judge Greer in case he might have failed to consider something.

We afford serial killers a far more humane death than a death by starvation.

Even when Christ was crucified, the Romans didn't deny him liquid to moisten his tongue.

Today's email from Cheryl Ford, RN ... May this never come to pass, O God, may it never come to pass ...

Rights Groups Mum on Schiavo's Torture

Court-approved plans to starve a brain-damaged Florida woman to death later this month have prompted no outrage from human rights groups - even though, under international law, forced starvation is considered a form of torture.

A Lexis Nexis search on the case of Terri Schiavo, whose starvation-execution will begin when her feeding tube is removed on March 18, failed to turn up a single reference to complaints by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch.

The two groups have vehemently protested what they say is the abuse of terrorist suspects detained at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay, calling tactics employed by U.S. interrogators, such as sleep deprivation and the playing of loud music, forms of psychological torture banned under the Geneva Convention.

Articles 14 and 54 of the Geneva protocols, however, also expressly prohibit the starvation of non-combatants - even in wartime conditions:

"Starvation of civilians as a method of warfare is prohibited," states Article 54. "The prohibition on using starvation against civilians is a rule from which no derogation may be made. A form of words whereby it would have been possible to make an exception in case of imperative military necessity was not adopted."

Article 14 of the Geneva protocols states: "It should be noted that even if starvation were not subject to an official legal prohibition, it is nowadays no longer an acceptable phenomenon, irrespective of how it arises [natural disaster or induced by man]."

According to medical experts, after her feeding tube is removed, Mrs. Schiavo will experience extreme pain and significant psychological distress during the two weeks that her starvation-execution is expected to take.

Her skin, tongue and lips will crack due to dehydration. Schiavo will likely suffer chronic nosebleeds as mucous membranes dry out, followed by heaving and vomiting as the stomach lining dries out.

Her mouth is expected to develop painful ulcers. As Schiavo's brain is deprived of fluid, she is expected to suffer grand mal seizures.

Because the 41-year-old woman is in good health, with a normal body weight of 138 pounds, she could linger longer than a terminally ill patient.

Cheryl Ford, a former oncology nurse-turned-Schiavo activist, says that doctors supervising Schiavo's starvation-execution plan to take extreme measures to mask her physical agony, including the regular application of skin moisturizer and pain-killing drugs.

CLEARWATER -- Alarmed at the ''massive impact'' of two criminal charges, the Church of Scientology's worldwide leader quickly offered Pinellas County's top prosecutor a deal.

Drop the charges, David Miscavige told State Attorney Bernie McCabe in November 1998, and the church would make a $500,000 donation to the county's EMS system.

It also would pay the nearly $200,000 in expenses incurred in what then was a three-year investigation into Lisa McPherson's 1995 death while in the care of her fellow Scientologists.

In addition, Miscavige offered to pay the $15,000 the church would have been fined if convicted of the charges.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On Monday, when McCabe dropped the charges, the church walked away bruised but legally exonerated. The prosecutor said he had ''no regrets'' about turning down Miscavige early on.

(...) Despite the prosecutor's reaction, the church implemented two elements of the deal anyway -- the on-call doctor and the hospital protocols, Miscavige said.

"March is pulling incredible numbers. I HOPE THE LURKERS AND THE MEDIA AND PUBLIC OFFICIALS ARE ACTING, NOT JUST LURKING HERE. The truth is here. Saving Terri is about saving the truth."

I know for a fact that members of Congress and their staffers are members and lurkers. I know they see this thread.

So, any of them that see this, listen up, and listen good! You have more than enough info from any of the daily Terri threads to act. We did not elect you to allow fraudulent medical murder; nor did we elect you to allow a backdoor T-4 like euthanasia program in the US. Get to work!

If I remember correctly (and I do), Cheryl has seen Terri's chart, at the request of the Schindler family sometime ago. The protocol for her death watch is listed in her chart. Seemingly, Terri would have more care in death.

May this never come to pass, O God ... may this never come to pass ...
