Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

He did not say what was wrong with the parents on his Larry King Live 2003 appearance. I do know that the mother outlived the father by a few years.
And Felos looks like a bat.
He looks MUCH older than early forties. From that pic I'd guess him mid-fifties.
Vatican Steps Up Condemnation of Starving Terri Schiavo to Death

The Vatican (LifeNews.com) -- With Terri Schiavo's painful starvation death scheduled in one week, leading Catholic officials are stepping up their efforts to speak out. Moving from speaking in general against euthanasia, they are now making a rare pitch on behalf of one person -- a disabled woman whose life hangs in the balance.
Removing Terri's feeding tube and causing the 7 to 10 day long starvation process would be a "pitiless way to kill" someone Monsignor Elio Sgreccia said on Vatican radio Friday.
Sgreccia, the leading spokesman for the Vatican on bioethics issues, said the level of international importance of the debate about Terri led the Vatican to step away from its normal practice of speaking about issues in general.
"Still, the case of Mrs. Terri Schiavo goes beyond the individual situation because of its exemplary character and of the importance that the media have rightly given it," Sgreccia said.
"Silence in this case would be able to be interpreted as approval, with consequences that would go widely beyond the given case," Sgrecca added.
"By any decent count, Mrs. Terri Schiavo can be considered a living human being, deprived of full conscience, whose legal rights must be recognized, respected and defended," the Vatican official added. "The removal of the feeding tube from this person, in these conditions, can be considered direct euthanasia."
Sgreccia said the Catholic Church believes "extraordinary" measures are not required. However, the church does not consider providing a patient with food and water something out of the normal standard of medical care.
Last year, Pope John Paul II said that the lexicon used to describe some disabled patients -- as being in a "vegetative state" was degrading and inhuman.
"A man, even if seriously sick or prevented in the exercise of its higher functions, is and will be always a man ... [he] will never become a 'vegetable' or an 'animal,'" the Pope said. "The intrinsic value and personal dignity of every human being does not change depending on their circumstances."
Providing food and water to such patients should be a natural thing to do and "morally obligatory," but not considered extraordinary measures, the Pope added.
"In particular, I want to emphasize that the administration of water and food . . . always represents a natural means of preservation of life, not a medical treatment."
This reminds me of another point that needs to be repeated more often: even if Terri had expected that she'd want to be fatally dehydrated if she were incapacitated, is there any plausible basis for interpreting the statements she made to Michael as saying that her desire would be so strong that she would want to be dehydrated even if it would make her natural family miserable? I would think most people would think "Eh, if they care so much about it, and if they want to take care of me, why should I object? If I'm really a vegetable, I won't care, and so whatever makes my family happy would be fine."

I recall reading--I forget exactly where--the mother died of natural causes in 1998; hers was the type of case people would think of when talking of removing the feding tube from terminally-ill patients: although removing the feeding tube may have hastened slightly the rate at which she died from other causes, I don't think she died of dehydration.
As for the father, he suffered IMHO from a fatal case of Felositis. I think he died in 2002, and prior to his death he had objected to Michael's treatment of Terri. Just my opinion, or 'hunch' if you will, but I suspect Michael and Felos wanted to shut him up permanently.

I thought the mother died in 1998 and the father in 2002. Maybe I have them backward. IMHO, the earlier one was probably of reasonably natural causes, while the latter one was 'hastened along'.

I scanned this in but I don't know how to get it to print the way it is shown on the flyer. A truck driver is passing them out on the freeways at rest stops, lot of them, but no where does it say more than what is here, complete with a sunset picture at a west facing beach, which of course would be Clearwater Beach. Told me he had passed out about 3 reams in almost all the western states and had given some to friends who drive trucks across the Mexican border.
Well, maybe I have it backwards. I thought that the father died in 1993 or thereabouts. When we read so much information for so many years, sometimes it is hard to keep it all properly separated.
They both look like Hollywood's depiction of gangsters. As in, not only the heart of a gangster, they want to look the part. Being a gangster is glamorous? Warped and sick!
