He did not say what was wrong with the parents on his Larry King Live 2003 appearance. I do know that the mother outlived the father by a few years. I thought the mother died in 1998 and the father in 2002. Maybe I have them backward. IMHO, the earlier one was probably of reasonably natural causes, while the latter one was 'hastened along'.

Well, maybe I have it backwards. I thought that the father died in 1993 or thereabouts. When we read so much information for so many years, sometimes it is hard to keep it all properly separated.
