Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Maybe DCF will begin the investigation tomorrow while Terri is still alive. Then, of course, they will find that she has been abused, neglected, and exploited and step in right then and there to take Terri into protective custody.
I don't think Greer can stop them from examining Terri's situation right now before the looming deadline.

The DCF remove people and children from abusive situations. A judge is gonna tell them they can't? It's their job.

For the first time in today's Fresno Bee, the article about Terri is fair and balanced. Wonder of wonders. I've been sending stuff to the editor but I don't know if he's reading it or tossing it. They did not one but two editorials a while back siding with the HINO, JINO and that felos character, the book peddler. But I did get a letter to the editor about Terri published.
Michael Savage just commented on Terri, on his radio show:
"The evil hitlerian judge wants the handicapped woman killed, and we're sitting here.
"He should go to jail.
"We'll all wind up in a concentration camp if we let these judges keep this up.
"Gov. Bush, put this judge in jail."

yes it was. i read some where he did that so he could move in with his girlfriend ..not jodi..but the other one. then the girlfriend dumped him before he moved in with her.

President Bush urged to intervene in Terri Schiavo Case

Healthcare advocates demand the President back up his Culture of Life stance by working to protect Terri Schiavo in Florida.
Clearwater, FL – Healthcare and Eldercare advocates in Florida are urging President George W. Bush to take a stance in the Terri Schiavo case in Florida.
Schiavo is the brain-injured woman whose husband has successfully won, through the courts, the authority to remove her tube-assisted nutrition and hydration beginning March 18, 2005. This action will cause the 41 year-old woman’s death by dehydration and starvation over the course of 7 to 14 days.
Terri’s parents, Bob and Mary Schindler have asked the courts for the authority to care for her, provide her with therapy, the ability to conduct updated neurological tests, the ability to offer her food and water naturally and the ability to try new forms of therapy that could improve Terri’s ability to accept nutrition naturally. The judge has denied them in these and other efforts to protect their daughter’s life, even though there is evidence that doing so is contrary to Florida’s long settled guardianship laws.
In 2003, Governor Jeb Bush of Florida and the state’s lawmakers intervened with what would be called Terri’s Law, only to be struck down by the Supreme Court. A group of advocates, organized by Cheryl Ford, RN of Tampa, Florida, is now asking for the intervention of the President.
Citing the President’s “Culture of Life” address to the March for Life in Washington in recent months, Ford and her supporters are demanding that the President back up his words with swift action to protect the innocent, disabled woman. Activists have arranged an intensive email campaign to the Whitehouse and are asking for both the President’s words and action on behalf of Terri Schiavo.
Statement of Cheryl Ford, RN: We are asking President Bush to make a firm statement against the euthanasia of our country’s elderly and disabled citizens. We are also asking that he come immediately to Florida, where Terri has been held captive in a Hospice House for five years so that he can meet her personally and decide for himself if this innocent woman should be put to death by Florida’s out of control judiciary.

But, see, the agency can say if a judge has ordered them off a case, they have no alternative but to back down. That is what I fear the agency will do.

Why would GREER MAKE GIBBS LEAVE, but allowed FELOS TO STAY??
Perhaps the above has been addressed. I don't understand why on earth, Felos would be allowed to stay and Gibbs had to leave. The Court appears to be run by FELOS AND GREER.
