Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

As I posted, they also told me that it was scheduled for Wednesday. I asked them if they could "expedite" it like the Senate did. They couldn't tell me and never used the work "expedited". I did not consider Wednesday expedited, not did they indicate that Wednesday was an expedited session. I wonder if they used the word "expedite" after I called. They sure weren't calling it an expedited bill when I called. It looks like a regularly scheduled bill is now being called expedited.
If you look at the schedule there isn't anything posted for Friday, Monday, or Tuesday. According to the other members of the committee, it was up to the leadership what bills were scheduled. I really think Rep. Sensenbrenner could get a vote quicker if he wanted to.
The senate has the same bill introduced by Martinez and they are acting on it today.
Wednesday gives very little wiggle room.
He totally made the connection immediatly and chatted with me about that. How food and water are just basic and how he can't understand how a person could be starved to death if they haven't said that is what they would want, in WRITING.
Oh Lord! I love it! That was very clever! LOL!!!

I just read about the insurance company a couple of nights ago, but I read so much about so many things, that I don't know where I saw it.
Unfortunately, I don't have the energy to look for it.

I think the connection of "Life Support- It's what's for dinner" is a great attention getter and I'll continue to use it, when I can work it in.
However I jsut got off the phone with Senators Feingold and Kohl of Wisconsin and I literally stopped their aids cold when I said, "Florida is the Roe v Wade of Forced Euthanasia"
I jsut strongly encourage everyone to use this in their subject lines and in thier letters and e-mails.
I cna't emphasize enough how that short statement stopped the listener cold. I could literally hear them take an intake of breath. I mean it STOPPED them cold. They really understood the seriousness of the issue when I used that phrase.

It changes the topic completely from "right to die" to Euthanasia, which is what it is.
Also they always are impressed that I am calling from France. I feel certain when I am talking with them that they really are writing it down and that my Senators are actually going to see the words "Florida is the Roe v Wade of Forced Euthanasia" They have promised me that they would give my message to the Senator. I think these messages are going to be seen.
BTW it is Senate Bill 539
Neither Kohl or Feingold would go on the record, what their position is. They both claimes it was jsut introduced last night so they need a chance to evaluate it.
The "trolls" have to wait for "orders" from "headquarters" all right. Most of them know virtually nothing about the intricacies of this horror. One of their lines of attack has been: do you want to pay for health care for the terminally ill? I replied, "We already are: it's called Medicare, and it was signed by LBJ in 1965."
Praying for their courage and guidance and confusion on the part of the enemy.
How long have the righteous waited in vain for a government agency to do what is right, only to find that the agency is and remains AWOL?
There are just a few hours more than seven days left, and the clock is not slowing down. I am most pessimistic.
That's what the enemy of God wants. Discourage His people and they'll stop praying and fighting.
I'll see what I can find - I may have the info somewhere else.
But that's the beauty of this. We're just doing what we usually do. We have nothing to hide.
God is going to act. And they don't know what *He's* going to do. We don't know what He's going to do, either. But even if we did, and had His plans posted from one end of the internet to the other, there's nothing they could do about it.
I think it's worth their sweating about it. God is in control, and I believe He will soon manifest His power. To Him be the Glory, now and forever.
What will be their next move, will they obey Greer, or appeal the decision or will they go ahead with the investigation?
Knock it off! (I mean that in a good way.) Pessimism will have an actual effect on the outcome in this situation. Focus your energies on praying the DCF takes Terri into protective custody. That is a real possibility and would be great if it happened. Keep your chin up; Terri needs us to be hopeful and resolute.
