Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

They showed a clip of the hearing today for a split second. Greer looked a little pale and drawn with a touch of deer in the headlights.
Greer is a monster. And I believe he is trapped. I only hope that the trap has very sharp teeth.

We arranged and tested the telephones so that he could put his end up to the TV screen so that I could listen. He called at five til saying 'What happened?' I didn't know, just assume that from what I read here-the breaking news interfered.
I first tried to stream it from her website, but couldn't get it, guess you need a high speed connection or else it is just promo stuff...it did say on the upper banner that Terri Shiavo's parents were to be on.
So it's the Tampa Tribune where Judge Bairds wife works that's pushing for DCF papers. Interesting.

Study Says Some Comatose Patients May Be Aware
LONDON (CWNews.com) - A new study carried out in London showed that many comatose patients diagnosed as being in a persistent vegetative state (PVS) may actually be aware of their surroundings and able to communicate.
The Daily Mail newspaper reported on Tuesday on a study carried out by the Royal Hospital of Neurodisability on 40 presumed PVS patients that 17 of them were misdiagnosed. Two-thirds of the misdiagnosed patients were thought to be in a PVS because their eyes failed to follow movement, when they were actually blind. All of them had limited movement and thus had difficulty communicating.
Dr. Keith Andrews, director of medical and research services at the hospital, warned that PVS patients "may spend a lifetime trapped in a damaged body, with poor quality of life." Lorraine Lane, one such patient, was thought to be in a PVS and her husband was applying to the courts for an order to end her life until she squeezed his hand to prove some degree of awareness.
Doctors in Britain have been allowed to withdraw food and fluids from PVS patients since the landmark case of Tony Bland in 1993.

American “Nazi Agenda” being pushed by politicians Biograph finds shocking proof of “Nazi Agenda” for new documentary
Beverly Hills, CA (PRWEB) December 8 2003--The oldest movie company in America initiates the movement for a documentary on the battle of Terri Schindler-Schiavo, the 39 year old woman who is still fighting for her life in Florida.

Bond has accumulated factual evidence of the original “Nazi Agenda” from Germany and direct links to the Terri Schindler case. Bond also states that certain politicians are pushing this agenda, and feels that this is only the first of non consentive legalized murders of handicapped people. “It is insane, but we recovered files from the euthanasia T-4 project. In a capsule, this is what it collectively states”.
“The early Nazi agenda T-4 Euthanasia Program was established to elliminate the so called suffering of the mentally ill and handicapped. The plan allowed the systematic killing of children born with physical deformities or mental illness. Under the control of Karl Brandt, "defective" children were removed from their families and taken to "hospitals" where the exterminations were carried out at the Hartheim and Hadamar killing centres. The program was expanded to include adults to prevent any "deficient" member humanity so they could not pass on their inferiority.
The Nazi Euthanasia action was written in the book by Ernst Klee: Euthanasie im NS-Staat - Die Vernichtung lebensunwerten Lebens. Klee describes further the killing of handicapped people by doctors with lethal injections, and the starvation of patients marked for extermination.
Klee describes as well the resistance from the churches and the relatives of the victims, which led to a slow-down and greater secrecy of the operation, but did not stop it. Till the operation was conducted more covertly after August 1941, 70,000 people had already died. By that time every third inmate of a psychiatric institution in Germany had already died (leading to about 93,000 "free beds" at the end of 1941 in Nazi terminology) either by being actively killed or by starvation.
Most of the participants of the T-4 Euthanasia Program became part of the Holocaust as well, developing gas chamber technology and even helping to build death camps as Belzec, Treblinka or Sobibor in Operation Reinhard, as Klee notes. Aside from the well-known Auschwitz-Birkenau these were the main centers of extermination by gas for millions of people”.
Bond sates "We admire Governor Jeb Bush and Senator Joseph Lieberman who are against this new agenda." However, Bond is in the midst of a investigating other political individuals and officials involved. Bond continues “We are looking into Dick Gephardt and Michael Schiavo. We think we may be on the verge of a huge discovery soon”. Biograph will be releasing non sensitive information in the near future on this expose documentary. Bond continues “This is still America, and everyone has the right to live and be free, even if you are defenseless. It is up to our Government to protect us, not to kill us.”
Bond says “Whoever reads this, do your own investigation. Let us know what you find. We need the support from the caring people of America. Also, please visit the Terri Schiavo website, (http://www.terrisfight.org/ ). Find the real information the officials do not want you to see. Write and call your Congress member, your political officials. Demand that this handicapped person has the right to live. The handicapped have a right to live. You have a right to live. Remember, one day you could be her.

That is interesting, seeing as how Judge Baird rules against Terri's Law, stating it was unconstitutional.
Well, I heard about the movie and I hope that Bond makes it. We are still waiting to hear if Jim Caveziel and Mel Gibson are going to join Terri's fight. It's important to re-post that eventuality.

I did not identify myself as Catholic or non-Catholic. To me this issue is about spirituality, ethics, morality, justice and the law of our land.
I only mentioned the Pope because it has to be terrifically hard for people who are Catholics, especially in today's culture clashes and the priest homosexuality/pedophilia problems, to see such absolute ignoring of their beloved Pope happen....when a life is at stake, no less! I cannot understand how the Schindlers hang on. God is surely covering them.
