Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Maybe with the events of today, it was just too much and they opted for another time this week. With the hearing friday, thursday night is a good time to get their points out to the public. Then people will be watching the courts actions on friday.

I uderstand the unfairness of what I am about to write, but CR-I followed your link to read the article and have a looksee at Greer and I closed the window w/o reading the article. He makes me sick. His visage, imo, is horrific.

The problem is that Felos controls the local media. They will have another attempt to twist and distort what is in the DCF Motion. I've seen it over and over again. The local media is doing this for Felos imo so he can begin more spin.
We had a freeper say they would be on tonight, followed by a freeper saying they would be on tomorrow night, followed by me, who thinks I heard Greta promoting it for Friday night. The only thing I know for certain is that they were not on tonight. LOL

CLEARWATER, Fla.— A Florida newspaper and television station argued Wednesday that the public has a right to know what is in a document filed by a Florida state agency hoping to intervene in a long-running right-to-die case.
Media General, owner of The Tampa Tribune and WFLA television, sued to get access to the Department of Children & Families document. The agency wants the document kept secret, citing a need to protect the privacy of witnesses.
"The greater access there is, the more the people can judge the actions of the DCF, judge the actions of the governor and judge your honor's actions," said Media General attorney Gregg Thomas.
Attorneys involved in the case have said DCF is looking into reports that Terri Schiavo - the 41-year-old woman at the center of a life-and-death legal battle between her husband and parents - was abused. The agency wants to delay removal of the feeding tube 60 days so it can investigate.
Terri Schiavo, 41, suffered brain damage 15 years ago and Judge George Greer has granted her husband, Michael Schiavo, permission on March 18 to disconnect the feeding tube that is keeping her alive.
Michael Schiavo contends his wife would not want to be kept alive artificially in her current condition; her parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, argue their daughter had no such death wish and believe she could get better with rehabilitation.
Greer is expected to rule Thursday on the media request.

The doctors explained to all the family members that they did not think Stanley was actually actively dying at this time and that he would recover from the urinary obstruction and the infection that accompanied it. They said that it is normal to encourage drinking fluids after someone has a urinary obstruction relieved. Stanley began to beg for water and food. The nurses in the hospital sneaked him some water whenever they could, because they knew he was not dying right then (and it was appropriate for the recent urinary obstruction).
However, the daughter continued to try to prevent Stanley from getting food or water. Finally, his niece, who had witnessed how Stanley was suffering from the lack of food and water, could not stand the situation any longer. She went to the hospital's ethic's committee and submitted a plea on Stanley's behalf.
Stanley continued to beg and cry for food and water, but as the days went by, he became despondent, sad and depressed. He began to withdraw and wouldn't talk to his daughter (who blocked all attempts to give him any food or water ... against his will). The hospital agreed with the niece's perception of the situation and to avoid legal liability, decided that Stanley had to be discharged from the hospital.
He was much recovered from his infection, the pressure on the kidneys was relieved and the hospital did not want to be held responsible for Stanley's untimely death due to starvation and fluid deprivation. However, the niece was not in charge of Stanley's treatment. Stanley's daughter promptly arranged for him to be taken to a hospice facility nearby (Stanley had already been "certified" as having a terminal illness and eligible for hospice due to his colon cancer, but was not yet at the very "end-stage."
When the hospice nurses received Stanley into their facility, they knew he had terminal colon cancer and listened to the daughter explain how Stanley was dying right then and how he had become withdrawn and depressed. She told them repeatedly that Stanley was at the very end stage.
The hospice nurses cooperated with his daughter's wishes (to "just let him go and keep him calm and comfortable" since they knew she was the appointed Representative for medical decisions. They withheld all food and water. They used standing orders to give him sedatives which he did not want and continued the use of some morphine which they said was for his comfort.
The morphine and sedatives had the combined effect to make Stanley sleep almost all of the time, and when he did wake up, he was confused and disoriented. His doctor did not visit Stanley at all to assess his condition once he was in the hospice. The doctor relied upon what the hospice nurses told him.
Eighteen days later, Stanley was dead.

If he has, he has gone with those who do not see the love of God present in the Schindler family.
How the Schindler's must ache that their Church, and the highest leader of it in their area, Bishop Lynch, has done next to nothing to intervene and stand for LIFE, JUSTICE and LOVE.
The Catholic diocese employs a law firm that gave the maximum allowed to judge greer's campaign last yr...$500.00.
If Lynch is surrounding himself with those who have the connections to judge greer we have all read about now, then he may be blinded by those around him, have lost his way.
He should visit Terri with the Schindlers if there is an ounce of love in his heart for his flock. He has a moral duty to KNOW that Michael Shiavo porks a mistress, has children with her and WORSE, allows her to visit Terri. HORRIFIC! Even had her MOM monitor the SCHINDLERS, who are trying to save her LIFE when they visited Terry.
Sick stuff. Evil, heartless and cruel beyond measure. Imagine how the Schindlers felt in that room with the mother of Michael's mistress monitoring the people who want to save their dtr's life!
Perhaps if everyone who cares would call Bishop Lynch's phone number below, and talk about Terri's responsiveness, talk about the uncaring, cowardly press release he gave, giving all of it into the hands of Michael (Greer make the order to kill her reality) now KNOWING the life Michael leads, perhaps if everyone called and TOLD THIS BISHOP THAT MICHAEL ALLOWS NO RELIGIOUS PICTURES OR SYMBOLS in TERRI's ROOM....among a million other cruel orders....then maybe we might be able to change a heart.
